Sixt Nigeria invited 400 guests to attend their official launch party last Wednesday, 24th of August 2013. The event took place in the famous Eco Hotel in Lagos. The event was a big success. 4 TV stations, 10 newspapers and many more internet-bloggers came to report about this event.
Sixt Nigeria promise to make it the no. 1 car rental company in Nigeria
The management board of the Coscharis group was present, as well as some guests of honor, such as the the minister of transportation, a delegation of the German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria, just to name a few. The program included speeches, live music and a delicious buffet.

Sixt Kosovo joins the Sixt Family!
We are happy to announce that Sixt was able to establish our business in Kosovo with our new partner Allmakes Global Services (AGS).

Greenland turns Orange: Sixt rent a car in Nuuk

Greenland is now getting its first international car rental company. It happens on July 1st, when Sixt Denmark opens its rental office in Nuuk. Hereby yet another country on Sixt’s world map becomes orange – the corporate color of the company that now covers over 105 countries.

Sixt AG Places €80 Million Borrower’s Bote Loan
Pullach, July 5, 2013 – Sixt AG has successfully placed a borrower’s note loan with a volume of €80 million with institutional investors in Germany and abroad. The issue met with considerable market demand and was significantly oversubscribed.
The borrower’s note loan is comprised of multiple tranches with terms ranging from four or six years. The spread was at the lower end of the marketing range. The issue was managed by HypoVereinsbank (UniCredit-Gruppe) and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba).

On May 29th, Sixt Panama opened a new branch in the city of David in the northern part of Panama.
Around 40 people assisted to the official opening, including representatives of media, like the RPC radio station, Planet radio station, NextPanama.net and Telemetro Channel as well as representatives of ATTT (Transit and Ground Transportation Authority), representatives of the Civil Aeronautics and corporative clients.
