Security Council Briefed on Darfur by ICC Prosecutor International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda presented the Court’s seventeenth briefing on the situation in Darfur, Sudan, to the Security Council. She said it was long past time for the Council to act with “courage and conviction” by adopting measures to ensure that those responsible for grave atrocities in Darfur were brought to justice sooner rather than later.
