Breakdown of Why Messy Mya's Estate is Suing Beyonce for Sampling His Voice in "Formation" Video HD
This video breaks down the THREE voice samples that Beyonce (allegedly) used on her song "Formation." Voice samples start at 1:02 minute mark. The voice samples were taken from Messy Mya's vlogs called "A 27 Piece Huh" and "Booking the Hoes from New Wildin".
Messy Mya was a amateur comedian and rapper, but the voice samples she used were from some of his popular YouTube video vlogs, not his music.
The estate of Messy Mya now wants 20 million for the use of his voice on her hit song.

This is a highly requested video lately. We already have a squishy collection video for both Mya and Alayah, which I will link below, but this is Mya's updated squishy collection. Alayah will be doing her updated squishy collection very soon as well. We get our squishies from silly squishies, banggood.com, the Wish app, Michael's, Target, Walgreens, eBay and more. A lot of people have suggested iBloom squishies, which we don't have any of yet, so I will be looking into those and we may have a few in our next updated squishy collection! We like going to different stores and finding different squishies because it's a lot funner than ordering online, but we don't have stores with real brand name squishies locally, so we find ourselves ordering online as well. Even though some of these aren't considered actual "real "squishies, they have been suggested by our subscribers and viewers, and that's how we know about them! So in our eyes, and a lot of others' as well, if you want to get technical they ARE squishies! 😂😂😍😍 we love our squishies from everywhere!!

Music video
A music video or song video is a short film integrating a song and imagery, produced for promotional or artistic purposes. Modern music videos are primarily made and used as a marketing device intended to promote the sale of music recordings. Case of the Ex
"Case of the Ex" is a song by American recording artist Mýa. It was written and composed by Christopher "Tricky" Stewart and his songwriting partners Traci Hale and Thabiso "Tab" Nkhereanyne for Harrison's second studio album Fear of Flying (2000). Originally a rap song, the lyrics of the upbeat R&B track were inspired by a relationship Hale was going through at the time. It was released as the second single from the album following "The Best of Me".
The song received generally mixed reviews from contemporary music critics and was Harrison's breakthrough hit, both stateside and internationally. "Case of the Ex" became a top five hit the US Billboard Hot 100 for the week of December 2, 2000; peaking and spending three consecutive weeks at number two. Internationally, the single became a Top 20 hit globally; topping the chart in Australia for the week of March 18, 2001 for two consecutive weeks and peaking at number three in the United Kingdom.
The accompanying music video for the single was directed by Diane Martel. Harrison worked with choreographer Tina Landon, who later won an American Choreography Award for Best Hip Hop music video. The video drew comparisons to Janet Jackson's music video for "You Want This" (1994) and Mel Gibson's 1979 film Mad Max. In addition, the video was nominated for a Washington Area Music Award for Video of the Year, while the song itself won in the Urban Contemporary Recording category in 2001.
