I recently read somewhere that the US Federal Government spends approximately one million dollars on training, utilization and care for each military member and their families throughout a veteran’s lifetime. Where does the money go and what is the breakdown is on training, medical care, pensions, post-military care and education, etc.?. Some figures I found. ...
