Eurovision 2015 top 31! All Songs so far! Israel, Armenia, Belgium & Czech Rep. now Announced! All Countries Participating: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Fyrom, Georgia, Germany Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Review of Songs: Malta: Love the new rendition of the song, just as good if not better. Her live vocals are not quite as good as Aminata's. Latvia: Great song, sung by an awesome singer! Can't wait to hear her at Eurovision. Armenia: I think this song is great, perfect for eurovision, not something I'd personally sit and listen too, should do as well as Aram did :) Netherlands: Nice, catchy tune, should qualify. Slipping down my ranks now unfortunately. Lithuania: Great duo, and should have no problem qualifying, I like the chorus of this! Spain: Unusual song, don't know how it will play out in Eurovision tbh. Ireland: Great voice, very unique and excellent live, needs to sort out the staging, think it could be the dark horse like Netherlands last year, only not to same extent. Slovenia: This one is growing on me, I hope it qualifies, I think it should do well at Eurovision but first lose the headphones! Poland: I absolutely love this song, it's amazing! The fact that she is disabled makes it inspirational. However how it will do at eurovision is a big question... Israel: I love the eastern ornamentation he does with his voice in this song, It should qualify and make an excellent contribute to the eurovision final :) Belgium: This song is weird, not sure where to rank it tbh, however it has a cool rhythm and he has a good voice, sounds a bit like Lorde. Iceland: Lovely song, may get lost in among the ones at eurovision as there is quite a few ballads this year. Hungary: Again like Iceland it's a risky one for qualifying as it could potentially be viewed as boring, but I think the peace meaning will bring it through :) Portugal: I really do like this song, if it was in english I would have it on my phone, cool beat and she is quite a good singer, unknown whether it will qualify or not :( Greece: Good song, I think it's not an easy one to remember, good melody tho. Romania: I also like this unlike many of you, I like this because of the tempo and rhythm and I think this and Portugal are alike some how hahaha. Germany: It's a strange one, reminds me of Lena a bit, so it should do ok, bottom left hand side of the leader probably. Estonia: This song is nice, I don't think it will do amazing at eurovision, think it's quite a copy of Netherlands 2014. Italy: Great operatic tune sang by wonderful tenor singers :) Czech Rep.: I think I might have underrated this song when I think back on it, it's a good one, quite a few duets this year so again could become lost :) Belarus: This has just got a bit irritating now so I am starting to dislike it however it may get votes from viewers who have not heard b4. France: A great song, that could potentially stand out if it performs 2nd half of Final, reminds me of a song that would have been between the 95's-05 region. UK: This one is certainly a grower, I'm keeping an eye on this one :) Denmark: I like this mainstream song! Serbia: Great singer, I'll give it to her, but it's missing a melody unfortunately. FYROM: Another great song, but I just don't click with it anymore, boring... Switzerland: I have forgotten about this one, and not many people talking about it, so I'm afraid it may not qualify sadly. Georgia: I would rate this higher as it is good, but I just can't find the courage to move it up a few for some reason. Cyprus: As I have said many time, and amazing lullaby, but why the hell would you send a lullaby to eurovision, not gonna do well, or maybe the song can prove me wrong, who knows? Moldova: Nothing to say about this one, pretty bad, don't think I'd ever listen to this, or wanna hear it, if i wasn't involved with eurovision sadly :( :( that was a harsh comment wasn't it? Finland: God love the song it's horrific, but fair play to the performers, unfortunately they will probably do well as they are the "novelty/sympathy" act. I hope you enjoyed reading my review and watching my top 31 for Eurovision 2015 Plz don't dislike because my opinion is different. Of course like and subscribe if you enjoyed. Big News Network 2015-04-10Unknown or The Unknown may refer to:
Armenian refers to something of, from, or related to Armenia, a country in the South Caucasus region of Eastern Europe:
A lullaby is a soothing song, usually sung to young children before they go to sleep, with the intention of speeding that process. As a result they are often simple and repetitive. Lullabies can be found in every culture and since the ancient period.
Typically a lullaby is in triple metre, or in a compound metre like 6/8. Tonally, most lullabies are simple, often merely alternating tonic and dominant harmonies: Because the intended effect is to put someone to sleep, wild chromaticism would be somewhat out of character.
Many Christmas carols are designed as lullabies for the infant Jesus, the most famous of them being "Silent Night".
In 1072, Turkish writer Mahmud al-Kashgari mentions old Turkish lullabies as 'balubalu' in his book Dīwānu l-Luġat al-Turk (Compendium of the languages of the Turks). It is also speculated the term may come from "Lilith-bye" or "Lilith-Abi" (Hebrew for "Lilith, begone"). In the Jewish tradition, Lilith was a demon who was believed to steal children's souls in the night. To guard against Lilith, Jewish people would hang four amulets on nursery walls with the inscription "Lilith – abi!" ["Lilith – begone"] which is a possible origin of the English word "lullaby".
