Spicy Chipotle Wings Ingredients
1. 3 - 4 pkgs ( 3 - 4 lbs each pkg ) Buffalo style Wingettes Flats & Drumettes
2. Italian Dried Seasoning - 3 -4 teaspoons
3. Onion & Garlic Powders 3 -4 teaspoons each
4. Paprika Smoked Sweet - 2 - 3 teaspoons
5. McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade - 2 pkgs
6. White Distilled Vinegar - 1/2 cup to 1 cup
7. All Purpose Flour - 2 -3 cups ( enough to cover the wingettes well )
8. Olive Oil - 2 -3 teaspoons
9. Canola Oil - 4 - 5 cups ( depending on the size of the pot )
10. Lingham's Hot Sauce ( mild or extra hot ) - 2 cups
( purchased @ the Dollar Tree store )
11. Wish Bone Buffalo Ranch Dressing - as needed
** Place the Buffalo Ranch Dressing into the refrigerator until needed **
Cooking Instructions
Cleaning the wings
1. Using a large bowl , add the wings to the bowl.
2. Cover with cold water & 1/2 cup to 1 cup of the white vinegar.
3. Soak for 30 mins to 1 hour.
4. Rinse the wings several times with cold water. Drain the wings and place them back into the bowl.
Seasoning the Wings
1. Add 1 teaspoon of the olive oil. 2 -3 teaspoons each of the onion & garlic powders, the Mccormick Chipotle Seasoning - 1 pkg , 1 -2 teaspoons of the italian seasoning & the paprika.
2. Mix the seasonings well into the wingettes.
3. Add more seasonings , as per your discretion.
4. Place the wingettes into the fridge from 30 mins to 24 hours to marinate.
Making the Spicy Chipotle Hot Sauce
1. Using a pot on medium to low heat.
2. Add the 2 cups hot sauce to the pot , 1/2 stick of the butter , 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning & the chipotle seasonings. Mix well.
3. Allow the sauce to reach a low boil. Stir & cook until the sauce is reduced to half and is thick in texture.
** ALLOW THE WINGS TO REACH ROOM TEMPERATURE B4 FRYING. **
Time to flour the wings
1. Add the flour to the room temperature wings.
2. Add 1- 2 teaspoons each of the onion & garlic powders, chipotle seasonings, italian seasonings & the paprika.
3. Toss the wings into the seasoned flour several times. Make sure the wings are well coated with the flour.
Preparing the Oil.
1. Using a deep pot on medium high heat. Add the canola oil to the pot. Allow the oil to reach 350- 365 degrees.
Get Ur Fry On
1. Carefully add between 5 - 7 wings to the pot of HOT oil.
** DO NOT CROWD THE POT . **
This will lower the oil temperature, slow down the frying process & the wings will be extremely greasy.
2. Carefully stir the wings with a slotted spoon. This will aid in even frying & make sure there are no wings on the bottom of the pot .
3. Fry the wings between 8 - 12 mins. ( depending upon the size of the wingettes. Adjust accordingly . )
OLD SCHOOL COOKING TIP - when the wings float to the top & the oil stops popping. Your wings should be done.
4. When the wings are done, place them on a rack over some paper towels. This is to drain any excess oil & keep the wings crispy.
Wet Wingettes
1. Place the cooked wingettes in a bowl. ( amount is your preference)
2. Cover the wings with the cooked spicy hot sauce.
3. Toss the wings until well coated . Allow the wings to sit for 5 minutes. Your wet spicy chipotle wings are done.
Time 2 Dress Ur Plate
1. Serve your wings on a plate or platter. Add the cold Buffalo Ranch dressing as your dip. Enjoy ; - )

This is Tom's Hangar 9 Cub, powered by a Saito .80. The floats are fiberglass made by Great Planes. The angle between the floats and the wing are off a little, that will get addressed before the next float fly.

I remember in 1954 as a young 7 year old when I lived in Planeview, Kansas, later to be part of Wichita Kansas. At night the new B-52s jet engines would test at High Power. After that, you would hear the test firing of 50 caliber machine guns placed in the tail section. It gave a jolting sound like a huge chain saw. Other B-52s would have a 75mm cannon on the tail, but that was short lived! As the days passed with these test going on, the family got use to the noise and we slept through the nights with the Jets roaring and the machine guns buzzing like a chain saw. Yes it was loud, but it was the sound of Security, Jobs, and Progress!

Wet wing
A wet wing is an aerospace engineering technique where an aircraft's wing structure is sealed and used as a fuel tank. Wet wings are also called integral fuel tanks. By eliminating the need for fuel bladders, aircraft can weigh less and the wing root bending moment caused by the lift generated by the wings in flight is decreased. This offers further reduction in weight by allowing structural components to be designed lighter as the components do not need to support larger forces.
Wet wings are common among most civilian designs, from large transport aircraft, such as airliners, to small general aviation aircraft. Because the tanks are an integral part of the structure, they cannot be removed, and require access panels for routine maintenance and visual inspections.
A disadvantage of the wet wing is that every rivet, bolt, nut plate, hose and tube that penetrates the wing must be sealed to prevent fuel from leaking or seeping around these hardware components. This sealant must allow for expansion and contraction due to rapid temperature changes (such as when cold fuel is pumped into a warm wing tank) and must retain its sealing properties when submerged in fuel and when left dry for long periods of time. Working with this sealant can be difficult and replacing old sealant inside a small wing tank can be harder if the old sealant needs to be removed as well before new sealant can be applied.

Wing
A wing is a type of fin with a surface that produces aerodynamic forces facilitating movement through air and other gases, or water and other liquids. As such, wings have an airfoil shape, a streamlined cross-sectional shape producing lift.
The word "wing" from the Old Norse vængr for many centuries referred mainly to the foremost limbs of birds (in addition to the architectural aisle.) But in recent centuries the word's meaning has extended to include lift producing appendages of insects, bats, pterosaurs, boomerangs, some sail boats and aircraft, or the inverted airfoil on a race car that generates a downward force to increase traction.
Various species of penguins and other flighted or flightless water birds such as auks, cormorants, guillemots, shearwaters, eider and scoter ducks and diving petrels are avid swimmers, and use their wings to propel through water.
A wing's aerodynamic quality is expressed as its lift-to-drag ratio. The lift a wing generates at a given speed and angle of attack can be one to two orders of magnitude greater than the total drag on the wing. A high lift-to-drag ratio requires a significantly smaller thrust to propel the wings through the air at sufficient lift.

This is Tom's Hangar 9 Cub, powered by a Saito .80. The floats are fiberglass made by Great Planes. The angle between the floats and the wing are off a little, that will get addressed before the next float fly.

HI RES. B 52 H wet wing displayed in Air Show at McConnell AFB 09 26 2010 Wichita Kansas
I remember in 1954 as a young 7 year old when I lived in Planeview, Kansas, later to be part of Wichita Kansas. At night the new B-52s jet engines would test at High Power. After that, you would hear the test firing of 50 caliber machine guns placed in the tail section. It gave a jolting sound like a huge chain saw. Other B-52s would have a 75mm cannon on the tail, but that was short lived! As the days passed with these test going on, the family got use to the noise and we slept through the nights with the Jets roaring and the machine guns buzzing like a chain saw. Yes it was loud, but it was the sound of Security, Jobs, and Progress!

Spicy Chipotle Wings Ingredients
1. 3 - 4 pkgs ( 3 - 4 lbs each pkg ) Buffalo style Wingettes Flats & Drumettes
2. Italian Dried Seasoning - 3 -4 teaspoons
3. Onion & Garlic Powders 3 -4 teaspoons each
4. Paprika Smoked Sweet - 2 - 3 teaspoons
5. McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade - 2 pkgs
6. White Distilled Vinegar - 1/2 cup to 1 cup
7. All Purpose Flour - 2 -3 cups ( enough to cover the wingettes well )
8. Olive Oil - 2 -3 teaspoons
9. Canola Oil - 4 - 5 cups ( depending on the size of the pot )
10. Lingham's Hot Sauce ( mild or extra hot ) - 2 cups
( purchased @ the Dollar Tree store )
11. Wish Bone Buffalo Ranch Dressing - as needed
** Place the Buffalo Ranch Dressing into the refrigerator until needed **
Cooking Instructions
Cleaning the wings
1. Using a large bowl , add the wings to the bowl.
2. Cover with cold water & 1/2 cup to 1 cup of the white vinegar.
3. Soak for 30 mins to 1 hour.
4. Rinse the wings several times with cold water. Drain the wings and place them back into the bowl.
Seasoning the Wings
1. Add 1 teaspoon of the olive oil. 2 -3 teaspoons each of the onion & garlic powders, the Mccormick Chipotle Seasoning - 1 pkg , 1 -2 teaspoons of the italian seasoning & the paprika.
2. Mix the seasonings well into the wingettes.
3. Add more seasonings , as per your discretion.
4. Place the wingettes into the fridge from 30 mins to 24 hours to marinate.
Making the Spicy Chipotle Hot Sauce
1. Using a pot on medium to low heat.
2. Add the 2 cups hot sauce to the pot , 1/2 stick of the butter , 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning & the chipotle seasonings. Mix well.
3. Allow the sauce to reach a low boil. Stir & cook until the sauce is reduced to half and is thick in texture.
** ALLOW THE WINGS TO REACH ROOM TEMPERATURE B4 FRYING. **
Time to flour the wings
1. Add the flour to the room temperature wings.
2. Add 1- 2 teaspoons each of the onion & garlic powders, chipotle seasonings, italian seasonings & the paprika.
3. Toss the wings into the seasoned flour several times. Make sure the wings are well coated with the flour.
Preparing the Oil.
1. Using a deep pot on medium high heat. Add the canola oil to the pot. Allow the oil to reach 350- 365 degrees.
Get Ur Fry On
1. Carefully add between 5 - 7 wings to the pot of HOT oil.
** DO NOT CROWD THE POT . **
This will lower the oil temperature, slow down the frying process & the wings will be extremely greasy.
2. Carefully stir the wings with a slotted spoon. This will aid in even frying & make sure there are no wings on the bottom of the pot .
3. Fry the wings between 8 - 12 mins. ( depending upon the size of the wingettes. Adjust accordingly . )
OLD SCHOOL COOKING TIP - when the wings float to the top & the oil stops popping. Your wings should be done.
4. When the wings are done, place them on a rack over some paper towels. This is to drain any excess oil & keep the wings crispy.
Wet Wingettes
1. Place the cooked wingettes in a bowl. ( amount is your preference)
2. Cover the wings with the cooked spicy hot sauce.
3. Toss the wings until well coated . Allow the wings to sit for 5 minutes. Your wet spicy chipotle wings are done.
Time 2 Dress Ur Plate
1. Serve your wings on a plate or platter. Add the cold Buffalo Ranch dressing as your dip. Enjoy ; - )

This is the second newly build 845mm Wing Wing Z-84 with several huge improvement in both performance, power to weight ratio and onboard video recording unlike the first prototype build. It has all the capability and function like my previous bigger fixed wing UAV spec in a small crampy airframe such as radio data telemetry to monitor my plane movement. Unlike the first prototype build the second build is 2x more power saving and efficient in throttle current consumption which explain such stamina and endurance shown in this video. The drawback is that this particular Z-84 no longer carry FPV live video feed so no video transmitter or OSD module onboard but replaced with 3DR radio data telemetry for OTA last minute monitoring of the plane movement. Martha Stewart's Paté Brisée Pie Crust Recipe (for one double-crust or two single-crust pies:
Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 cup (2 sticks), plus 2 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter cut into small pieces
1/2 cup ice water
Directions
1. Pulse flour and salt in a food processor to combine. Add butter cut into small pieces, and pulse until mixture forms coarse crumbs with some large pieces remaining (about 10 seconds).
2. With machine running, add ice water in a slow, steady stream until dough just holds together without being wet or sticky, no longer than 30 seconds.
3. Divide dough in half; flatten and shape into disks, and wrap each in plastic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
4. Roll out dough and place in pan.
5. Decorate edge and poke bottom with fork.
6. Put back in fridge for at least one hour (this prevents crust from shrinking).
7. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
8. Put foil in pie dish and add dry pinto beans to full.
9. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
10. Reduce temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and remove foil and beans (CAUTION: BEANS WILL BE HOT).
11. Bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.
COOK'S NOTE: For the flakiest crust, make sure all ingredients (including flour) are cold when you begin.
Pie Filling Recipe:
1 cup (packed) light-brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin puree or canned
3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
In a large bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and 3 eggs. Beat well. Add evaporated milk, and combine. Fill pie shell.
COOK'S NOTE: For shiny pie shell edge, baste with egg yolk mixed with one tablespoon of heavy cream before adding filling.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for additional 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

This is the second newly build 845mm Wing Wing Z-84 with several huge improvement in both performance, power to weight ratio and onboard video recording unlike the first prototype build. It has all the capability and function like my previous bigger fixed wing UAV spec in a small crampy airframe such as radio data telemetry to monitor my plane movement. Unlike the first prototype build the second build is 2x more power saving and efficient in throttle current consumption which explain such stamina and endurance shown in this video. The drawback is that this particular Z-84 no longer carry FPV live video feed so no video transmitter or OSD module onboard but replaced with 3DR radio data telemetry for OTA last minute monitoring of the plane movement. Its first autonomous mission exceeded the previous record hold by prototype Z-84 going far into deep forest with mileage of 43.7km worth of autonomous trip encounter heavy head winds, hills and wet rain drops at certain parts of area. Overall i'm really happy with my second build and after seeing how it perform it does give a huge blow to all my existing UAV models despite having such a small airframe with little power supply onboard. More likely we're going to see more action and mileage soon after this mission. Details of the hardware setup is inside the video. Enjoy the show.

The engineer who was at the controls during the tragic train crash on Thursday morning was a veteran of the industry with 29 years of experience named Thomas Gallagher, according to The Star Tribune.
