Regarding recent iPhone / iPad app update: We're aware there a few technical glitches with the most recent update. Notably not being able to hear sound, and connectivity issues. If you are not able to hear sound while using the app, please ensure that the physical mute button on the side of your device is not turned on. This should resolve the problem.
