Two pipe bombs landed "within feet" of officers
Two pipe bombs that exploded in north Belfast landed "within feet" of PSNI officers who were attending an emergency 999 call .
The two officers had just got out of their vehicle when the two bombs were thrown at them.
Police Ch Insp Andy Freeburn said it was "a blatant attempt to murder" and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
