"Please, Please" is a song by McFly from their third album Motion in the Ocean, released as a double A-side single with their cover version of the Queen song "Don't Stop Me Now". It was premiered on BBC Radio 1 on 7 June 2006.
The single entered the UK Singles Chart on 23 July 2006 at number one, knocking "Smile" by Lily Allen off the top spot. It was the 1038th UK number one single. It reached number 15 in Ireland.
"Please, Please" was written by all of McFly, Julian Emery and Jason Perry. The song is about a redhead, assumed to be the actress Lindsay Lohan because the lyrics mention a girl named Lindsay with red hair and green eyes, just like Lohan, and the nurse in the video is named Lindsay Allbright while, in the film Just My Luck, Lindsay's on-screen character is called Ashley Allbright. Also, a recurring line in the song is Please, please, Lindsay, please. (While filming the movie Just My Luck, tabloids published articles reporting that McFly drummer Harry Judd had a romantic relationship with her.) Danny Jones wasn't so sure though; "He had a dream about it but thought it actually happened!" Tom revealed on the DVD single that it was the most fun video shoot other than "5 Colours in Her Hair".
Please is a polite expression of request.

"Please, Please, Please" is a rhythm and blues song performed by James Brown and the Famous Flames. Written by Brown and Johnny Terry and released as a single on Federal Records in 1956, it reached number six on the R&B charts. The group's debut recording and first chart hit, it has come to be recognized as their signature song.
In 1952, James Brown was released from a youth detention center in Toccoa, Georgia, after Bobby Byrd and his family sponsored him. Brown's warden agreed to the release on the condition that Brown not return to Augusta. After his release, Brown briefly pursued a career in sports before starting his musical career as a gospel vocalist with the group the Ever-Ready Gospel Singers. When a member of Bobby Byrd's group, the Avons, died in 1954, Byrd asked Brown to join his group. A year later, after performing as the Five Royals, they became the Flames, playing all over Georgia and South Carolina.
That same year, the band began touring the chitlin' circuit, attracting a following, with Brown on lead vocals. Brown won his position of lead singer after an onstage "fight" with Byrd over vocal power. Upon relocating to Macon, Georgia, Brown befriended rising rock'n'roll musician Little Richard. The group began gaining attention from record executives associated with King Records in Cincinnati, Ohio.
"Let Me" is a song written by Marc Beeson and Danny Orton, and recorded by American country music singer Pat Green. It was released in June 2008 as the lead-off single from his album What I'm For, which was released on January 27, 2009. The song peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, becoming his second highest-charting single, behind 2003's "Wave on Wave", which peaked at #3.
"Let Me" is a mid-tempo ballad in which the narrator promises to offer emotional support to the one that he loves.
Describing the song in a cut-by-cut synopsis of the album on Sony BMG Nashville's website, Green said that he liked the melody of the chorus (which contains multiple repetitions of the same note). He also said that the song drew his attention because it was a love song that did not explicitly use the word "love".
The song received a "thumbs down" review from the country music site Engine 145. Reviewer Brady Vercher criticized the song for being overproduced and trying to "garner radio success than pushing both [Green's and the producer's] boundaries to create something worthwhile." He also thought that vocally, Green got "lost" in the song and was unable to add any personality to the delivery.Washington Post critic Chris Richards said that Green's vocal delivery did not "sit right" in the "slow-burn" of the song, and Joey Guerra of the Houston Chronicle called it "stock country loverboy stuff."

The Beatles' Please Please Me album was rush-released by Parlophone on 22nd March, 1963 to capitalise on the enormous success of the title track which had been the group's second single and their first no. 1 in the majority of UK charts. Ten of the album's fourteen tracks were recorded in just one day - 11th February, 1963. These included a mixture of stage favourites and "Lennon-McCartney originals". The four remaining songs had been committed to tape in 1962 having formed the B-side of their debut release and both sides of their second single. A slightly later recording of 'Love Me Do' to that previously released, was selected for the album. This version would also appear on a subsequent EP and later still on an American # 1 single in 1964. The iconic front cover shot was taken at the ...

You're the only mirror for me
When you comfort me
I realize I'm feeling bad
You're the only mirror for me
When you smile at me
I realize I'm feeling alright
Please please please, stay here by my side
Please please please, cause I love you
Please please please, give me your true love
Please please please, cause I love you
You're the only mirror for me
When you she'd a tear
I realize I'm feeling sad
You're the only mirror for me
When you laugh out loud
I realize I'm feeling so high
OK, so you know everything about me
My habits, my dream, my life story
You know and care about who I really am
But one part of me is afraid to take your love
OK, so I'm always watching out for you too
Don't you know it's true I'm your biggest fan
I can't say it well, I hope you understand
