This one sounds like Stooges on speed, In my opinion and researching of obscure roots of punk and hc, this one might be first real hardcore punk song EVER IN WORLD!! And it's not even from US.This guys were playing extremly fast and loud punk rock music 5 years before Black Flag, before Bad Brains and all other veterans of hardcore music!Enjoy

Gedo's first and self-titled album from 1974 was recorded live and is mostly hard rock with some psychedelic touches. A good mix of old-style rock'n'roll and heavier high-energy guitar rock with the occasional lighter, almost morose moment. A furious Born-to-be-Wild rush of proto-Ramones.
Gedo is a trio led by the charismatically androgynous guitarist/vocalist Hideto Kanoh, ex-The M, Masayuki Aoki ex-Too Much (bass) and Ryoichi Nakano (drums). Gedo had a big biker following and were a very popular act at the festivals that were a major feature of 1970's Japan rock culture.
Formed by ex-members of early '70s festival stalwarts the M and Too Much, Gedo was a power trio whose biker fans followed them from bar to bar, making each gig into a show of ritual, full of euphoric moments, in-jokes and surprising outbursts of extreme collective male melancholy. With songs full of lyrics evoking images of hell, despair, pig’s flesh and fool’s paradises (sic), Gedo's early LPs were sparsely-produced by Mickey Curtis, who kept intact the band's furious Born-to-be-Wild rush of proto-Ramones. Unfortunately, like other such mid-'70s hard rockers (think Bang, think Pink Fairies, think Dust), Gedo's albums nowadays suffer from too much variety. However, their debut LP appears at number 30 in Japrocksampler's Top 50, and the band is discussed further in the book's brief essay 'Gedo & the Rise of the Festival Bands'

Proto-punk
Proto-punk (or protopunk) is the music from the early 1960s to mid-1970s that influenced punk rock. Typically, proto-punk artists are not always themselves classified as punk, and proto-punk is not a distinct music genre as it includes a wide range of musical backgrounds and styles, including much garage rock.
Numerous artists are commonly cited as some of the most noteworthy that would ultimately influence punk. American examples include: Death (protopunk band) The Stooges, MC5, The Bobby Fuller Four, Dick Dale, The Seeds, David Peel, Blue Cheer, Count Five, The Sonics, Shadows of Knight, The Velvet Underground, The Doors, Alice Cooper, The Trashmen, Suicide, ? and the Mysterians, The Standells, Eddie Cochran, The Kingsmen, The Modern Lovers, New York Dolls, The Dictators, Lou Reed, Big Star, The Fugs, Television, Captain Beefheart, Patti Smith, Richard Hell, Rocket from the Tombs, Syndicate of Sound, The Music Machine and Love. Also included are German acts such as Ton Steine Scherben, Neu! and Can; Australian band Radio Birdman; and performers from the United Kingdom including The Who, The Kinks, The Troggs, The Animals, The Move, Johnny Kidd & The Pirates, David Bowie, T. Rex, Downliners Sect, Mott the Hoople, Roxy Music, Pretty Things, Eddie and The Hot Rods and Hawkwind.

Hardcore punk
Hardcore punk (often referred to simply as hardcore) is a punk rock music genre and subculture that originated in the late 1970s. Hardcore punk music is generally faster, harder, and more abrasive than regular punk rock. The origin of the term "hardcore punk" is uncertain. The Vancouver-based band D.O.A. may have helped to popularize the term with the title of their 1981 album, Hardcore '81. Hardcore historian Steven Blush said that the term "hardcore" is also a reference to the sense of being "fed up" with the existing punk and new wave music. Blush also states that the term refers to "an extreme: the absolute most Punk."
The roots of hardcore can be traced back to San Francisco and Southern California. The former arose as a reaction against the dominant hippie scene and was inspired by the New York punk rock and the early protopunk scene. New York punk rock had a harder-edged sound than its San Francisco counterpart, featuring anti-art expressions of masculine anger, energy and subversive humor. Hardcore punk generally disavows commercialism, the major music industry and "anything similar to the characteristics of mainstream rock" and deals with social and political subjects.

Gedo's first and self-titled album from 1974 was recorded live and is mostly hard rock with some psychedelic touches. A good mix of old-style rock'n'roll and heavier high-energy guitar rock with the occasional lighter, almost morose moment. A furious Born-to-be-Wild rush of proto-Ramones.
Gedo is a trio led by the charismatically androgynous guitarist/vocalist Hideto Kanoh, ex-The M, Masayuki Aoki ex-Too Much (bass) and Ryoichi Nakano (drums). Gedo had a big biker following and were a very popular act at the festivals that were a major feature of 1970's Japan rock culture.
Formed by ex-members of early '70s festival stalwarts the M and Too Much, Gedo was a power trio whose biker fans followed them from bar to bar, making each gig into a show of ritual, full of euphoric moments, in-jokes and surprising outbursts of extreme collective male melancholy. With songs full of lyrics evoking images of hell, despair, pig’s flesh and fool’s paradises (sic), Gedo's early LPs were sparsely-produced by Mickey Curtis, who kept intact the band's furious Born-to-be-Wild rush of proto-Ramones. Unfortunately, like other such mid-'70s hard rockers (think Bang, think Pink Fairies, think Dust), Gedo's albums nowadays suffer from too much variety. However, their debut LP appears at number 30 in Japrocksampler's Top 50, and the band is discussed further in the book's brief essay 'Gedo & the Rise of the Festival Bands'
