An alleged CIA agent has been briefly detained in Moscow for allegedly trying to recruit a Russian intelligence officer, Russian media report. The alleged agent was held overnight before released to US officials, Russia's Federal Security Service said. He is said to have been working as a secretary at the US embassy in Moscow. He was named as Ryan Fogle, said to be a third secretary at the US embassy in Moscow. There is no comment from the embassy. He was reportedly arrested with a large sum of money, technical devices and written instructions for the agent he had tried to recruit. Well you can'y blame the US for trying...I just wonder what presidents do when something like this happens. Does Obama have to give Putin a courtesy call and apologize? Minnesota is set to become the first state in the Midwest to legalize gay marriage by legislative vote, and the third nationwide in just 10 days, joining Rhode Island and Delaware. Thousands of gay marriage supporters waiting at the Capitol erupted into celebrations after the Senate's 37-30 vote. The gay marriage issue shifted quickly in Minnesota, with the Legislature's vote coming a little more than six months after voters defeated an amendment that would have banned gay marriage in the state constitution.
