I Hope I Get It: Stories From the Audition Room With Sherie Rene Scott
Scott learned the hard way that sometimes the game just won't let you go.
Sherie Rene Scott is a three-time Tony nominee with nine Broadway credits and a handful of original cast albums to her name. Pretty good for a woman who claims to have no audition game. She almost gave up the actor life entirely, until a network, which shall rename nameless, requested Scott specifically and she decided it wouldn't be such a bad idea to play the game one last time. Shockingly, television executives didn't offer the self-esteem boost Scott was hoping for.
