After winning Americas Got Talent Kevin enjoyed the stage with the best of artists and lit up the marquis along with the top celebrities, filled the seats of his casino concerts for weeks and has an incredible Youtube following of loyal fans. With Garth Brook's song, "If Tomorrow Never Comes", Kevin Skinner's southern soul spilled forth Garth's words and it left the world audience spell bound! He followed with peformances at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood and Foxwoods in Connecticut. He enjoyed the opportunity to meet and share the stage with Charlie Daniels, George Jones, John Montgomery and Jo-Dee Messina. A reporter out near Don Laughlin's Riverside Casino, Nevada said it best " SKINNER HAS TALENT TO BURN " resulting from the many hours he spends perfecting perfection as he plays "Free Bird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr and Sr, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Jamie Johnson, Ted Nugent and so many more! Undoubtedly, Kevin is an accomplished guitarist as well as songwriter and performer. Although music is a way of life in the hill country of western Kentucky it is one very special family member that provided the inspiration that drives this special man's style; his grandma, who said "Someday someone is going to take the time out to listen to you Kevin" and he wrote his audition song to honor her; "Her Stone". It is as if his heart touches yours when he sings as he lives and breathes music that he hopes touches someone else, as they did him.
