God Lives Underwater was an industrial rock band from rural Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia), formed in 1993 by band members David Reilly and Jeff Turzo. God Lives Underwater was originally signed to American Recordings after being discovered by Rick Rubin, who subsequently produced the band's first two albums. Prior to the band's breakup, there were two other members, Andrew McGee and Adam Kary.
The band produced an extended play (EP) in 1995. Later that year, they released their first studio album, Empty. In 1998, they released another studio album, Life in the So-Called Space Age. It was their first and only album to ever chart, peaking #6 on Heatseekers, and #137 on the Billboard 200. Later that year, the released their second EP, Rearrange. In 2004, God Lives Underwater released their last album, Up Off The Floor. David later re-united with drummer Adam Kary in Philadelphia and created Fluzee. The two wrote and recorded a 7 track CD entitled "Seven" Recorded in Kary's Philadelphia house, it was sold in limited edition online. They put together a live band to play a few shows in Philadelphia. David on guitar and vocals, Adam on guitar and backing vocal, Melissa Zahnweh on bass and Pat Haslup on drums. One year later, lead singer David Reilly died in his sleep, after the band's breakup.
Underwater refers to the region below the surface of water where the water exists in a natural feature (called a body of water) such as an ocean, sea, lake, pond, or river.
Three quarters of the planet Earth is covered by water. A majority of the planet's solid surface is abyssal plain, at depths between 4,000 and 5,500 metres (13,100 and 18,000 ft) below the surface of the oceans. The solid surface location on the planet closest to the centre of the orb is the Challenger Deep, located in the Mariana Trench at a depth of 10,924 metres (35,840 ft). Although a number of human activities are conducted underwater—such as research, scuba diving for work or recreation, or even underwater warfare with submarines, this very extensive environment on planet Earth is hostile to humans in many ways and therefore little explored. But it can be explored by sonar, or more directly via manned or autonomous submersibles. The ocean floors have been surveyed via sonar to at least a coarse resolution; particularly-strategic areas have been mapped in detail, in the name of detecting enemy submarines, or aiding friendly ones, though the resulting maps may still be classified.
David Reilly (May 5, 1971 – October 16, 2005) was the singer and songwriting/production partner in the electro-rock band God Lives Underwater (GLU), signed by Rick Rubin to American Recordings in 1993.
American released God Lives Underwater's first album, a self-titled EP called GLU, and second album Empty, which spawned minor radio hits "No More Love" (which also appeared on the soundtrack to Johnny Mnemonic). The band broke up after releasing a total of four albums.
Reilly then moved onto solo work and other projects. With God Lives Underwater bandmember Jeff Turzo, he produced and remixed for Skinny Puppy, Rob Zombie, and Messiah, and organized and contributed to 1998's For the Masses: A Tribute To Depeche Mode.
In 2001, Reilly released a solo album consisting of four untitled instrumental tracks under the band name Robot Teen America, titled Living In Syn. This album was dedicated to David Reilly's girlfriend, Monica Young, whose nickname was "Seven." She was struck and killed by a train in November 2000. As a result, he released 77 CDs: 70 to fans and six to friends and one to himself. Each CD was numbered and signed by Reilly and only available through the Internet. In 2002, Reilly started the rock band Fluzee, who released one album titled 7 before breaking up the following year.
"All Wrong" is a song by the band God Lives Underwater. It was originally released on their album Empty in 1995, resulting in significant airplay. An acoustic version appears on the WAAF (FM) compilation CD Unusual Suspects: WAAF Exclusive Live Studio Recordings.
Clark Eddy directed the music video. It features the band playing in an industrial plant being followed by a man in a radiation suit. The music video was featured in the PlayStation game Slamscape.

Feeling frustrated? The definition of frustrated is a feeling of distress and annoyance, especially because of inability to change or achieve something. Loneliness and frustration; those are two constant themes in American literature once wrote Malcolm Cowley, loneliness and frustration often go together in our lives. Have you ever felt lonely in a crowded room? You may have read a thousand self-help books only to find nothing works. However, there is a God who turns our frustrations around for good. In this inspiring message, Norman Snell reveals how God uses the times of your frustration as a map to discover the riches of His love. how to help: https://www.paypal.me/Cloudwitness SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/cloudwitnesschurch/ https://www.facebook.com/cloudwitness/ musi...
Measuring the Greatest Ocean Depth The Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench is the deepest known point in Earth's oceans. In 2010 the United States Center for Coastal & Ocean Mapping measured the depth of the Challenger Deep at 10,994 meters (36,070 feet) below sea level with an estimated vertical accuracy of ± 40 meters. If Mount Everest, the highest mountain on Earth, were placed at this location it would be covered by over one mile of water. The first depth measurements in the Mariana Trench were made by the British survey ship HMS Challenger, which was used by the Royal Navy in 1875 to conduct research in the trench. The greatest depth that they recorded at that time was 8,184 meters (26,850 feet). In 1951, another Royal Navy vessel, also named the "HMS Challenger," returned to the ...

Atlantis (Ancient Greek: Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος, "island of Atlas") is the name of a fictional island mentioned within an allegory on the hubris of nations in Plato's works Timaeus and Critias, where it represents the antagonist naval power that besieges "Ancient Athens", the pseudo-historic embodiment of Plato's ideal state. In the story, Athens was able to repel the Atlantean attack, unlike any other nation of the (western) known world, supposedly giving testament to the superiority of Plato's concept of a state. At the end of the story, Atlantis eventually falls out of favor with the gods and famously ...

Jeff Turzo is a musician, producer, and founder of Overstayer Recording Equipment, a company that designs cool audio gear for the studio. Jeff started out as a musician and spent a decade producing and touring with his band, God Lives Under Water. His band was signed by Rick Rubin to American Recordings in 1993. GLU went on to record multiple albums with a heavy guitar, synth, loop driven pop sound that landed them a movie soundtrack hit for the Keanu Reeves film, Johnny Mnemonic, and airtime on alternative rock stations and MTV. This led to years of touring for his band sharing the stage with other heavy pop bands like KMFDM, Korn, Filter, Deftones, No Doubt, and Sublime. In the studio Jeff was a multi-instrumentalist and producer with synthesis/sampling knowledge, sometimes producing...

Wim Hof first caught the attention of scientists when he proved he was able to use meditation to stay submerged in ice for 1 hour and 53 minutes without his core body temperature changing. Since then, he’s climbed Mount Everest in his shorts, resisted altitude sickness, completed a marathon in the Namib Desert with no water and proven under a laboratory setting that he’s able to influence his autonomic nervous system and immune system at will. Almost everything Wim has done was previously thought to be impossible - but he’s not a freak of nature. To demonstrate that any human can learn his methods, Wim offered to teach Matt Shea and Daisy-May Hudson to climb a freezing cold mountain in their shorts without getting cold. But when Matt and Daisy signed up for the training, they had no idea...

Underwater City - Living Under The Sea [Full Documentary Films]. Underwater City - Living Under The Sea [Full Documentary Films]. Underwater City - Living Under The Sea [Full Documentary Films].

Extreme Ocean Animals Life Under the Sea Documentary 2016
I made reference to the subtle affair
And then I got one
What a simple machine
The way you coax me into believing
Then you took away the odds
You led me down a road
You know I'd go with you
When I had nothing and no one
You made me think that I could have you
Someday
That day would never come
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
Uh huh, believe me
This is the last time
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
No no, repeating
This is the last time for me
You must understand
You've gotta admit
You set a trap for me, Princess
Maybe I'm just a little paranoid
I seem a little odd
Now the days go by like a school year
Just like I'm failing every class
I realize I'll never pass here
With you, you let me fall behind
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
Uh huh, believe me
This is the last time
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
Oh no, repeating
This is the last time for me
You must understand
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
Uh huh, believe me
This is the last time
No way, no way
Why did I trust again
Oh no, repeating
This is the last time for me
You must understand
