Hey y'all! Coming back at you today with another episode of the MONSTER New Year's Giveaway...and I've got some killer stuff for you today. I'm going to show you the five most common mistakes guys make with their diet when trying to build muscle that prevent them from EVER gaining size. I also show you how to avoid each mistake, and what to do instead so that you get the strong, muscular body you want.
Here's the breakdown of mistakes for muscle gain.
**1. Not eating enough calories: If you're not gaining weight, it's probably because you're not eating enough. Remember weight training only promotes muscle growth and its the calories that actual puts muscles on the body.
**2. Not eating enough Carbs: Most of people afraid of carbs because of all the fitness fad diets out there claiming that carbs are the #1 cause of fat gain. Not only is this not true, but carbs is actually one of the most important part of muscle growth.
**3 Not pre-cooking your meals in advance. Pre-cooking meals is the key to eating healthy and for muscle growth. For building muscle, we need to eat every two hours or so and without prepared meals... you'll never have time and the patience to set up the meal at those specific time.
**4 Eating crazy amounts of protein: Your body could only absorb a certain amount of protein, about 1 gram per pound a day. So over eating protein will do you no good, in fact you'll be so focused on eating protein you'll end up forgetting to eat carbs.
**5 Permanent bulking: What happens to many guys is that they forget to diet back down after bulking up. With permanent bulking, you'll end up putting on a lot of size but at the cost of some fat gain and the more fat you gain the harder it takes to burn off. And remember you actually look bigger with a ripped body.

Prior to doing any bodybuilding modification, you need to ask yourself why you want to have a fit body bursting with gorgeous muscles. It could be because you want to feel more attractive or you feel the need to improve your health. But whatever reason you may have, it's vital that you set a goal that will remind you everyday to do your best in order to achieve that particular objective of yours.
Make a Deadline
After you have set your goal, your next step is to make a deadline wherein you wish to see all of the positive results of your bodybuilding quest. Having a deadline will encourage you to really follow your exercises and diet so you can get into your own finish line on time and be proud of your achievements. Thinking of your deadline will also help you avoid being lazy to workout or eating those fatty foods.
Have the Drive
You can never reach your goal and deadline if you don't have the motivation in doing those special training exercises assigned to you. What you need to do is to look for something that will trigger your enthusiasm. For example, paste on your bedroom wall the picture of a sexy bikini or swimming trunks that you've been longing to wear, wherein wearing it will let people check and admire your amazing figure brought about by your discipline and efforts in doing your workout programs.

An essential part of bodybuilding transformation success is consuming minimal amount of calories because it will be impossible for you to lose fat if you take more calories than what your body is able to burn. Hence, always be mindful of the amount of calories you take and know how to stop if you already reach your limit.

Lastly, you need to be aware if all of your hard work is paying off by taking down your improvements. Make a journal that lists down how much weight you've already lost or if you already saw changes in your muscles formation. Doing this will let you know if your exercise program or diet is bringing positive outcomes or not, as well as determining if you need to exert more efforts in doing them.
Be Patient in Seeing Your Body's Modification

3. Prevent injuries: Remember to always use proper form when lifting. If you get hurt, you'll limit your training, which will equal muscle loss.

Wanna race? If so you may want to reconsider. You see this is Dru Diesner's 1972 Chevrolet Nova and it's anything but stock. From a looks perspective it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1,160 hp... at the rear wheels. It epitomizes the term "sleeper", and is lethal to just about every other road going vehicle it comes in contact with. Big Muscle recently visited Northern Chicago to get a sample of this beast, and holy crap was it one of the best automotive experiences we've ever had.

Mike here, and today I'm going to show you how to pack on some serious muscle and bring out great definition to your body.
All you will need to for this session is a barbell with weights. You can do this entire at home and I'll be there every step of the way.
Routine Breakdown:
*No rest in between sets until entire round of exercises are done. You will do four rounds to complete the routine.
*The pushups are done til failure and the rest are done or 10 reps.
-Push ups
-Bent-over rows
-Military presses
-Barbell squats
-Barbell lunges
-Barbell curls
-Triceps Ext

What's up y'all
In this video I'm going to revel a new training technique I personally use when it time to pack on muscle size-- It's called "MONSTER SETS"
I'll show you how to use Monster Sets to get the most insane pumps so that you can make every set count, and build muscle faster than you've ever experienced before.
Video Breakdown:
**Here's the pros and cons of different training techniques and how Monster Sets are the most effective of them all.
"Regular sets" are simple but have very low intensity. The resting period between sets are too long and also increases gym time.
"Super-sets" are sets done back to back with the same muscle group. They are great for intensity and saves time, but it downfall is that it will fatigues out the muscle too fast and won''t allow you to use the most amount of weight possible. And we all know that you've to lift heavy weights to grow.
"Monster Set" are also sets done back to back. But instead of using the same muscle group, you'll target an opposing muscle group with the second set. The intensity level will stay consistently high but the muscle you just trained will be fresh for the next set without fatigue. And without this fatigue, you'll be able to train with the heaviest weight possible.
Plain and simple, Monster Sets will build the most muscle by allowing you to train back to back sets with refreshed muscles while using the heaviest weight possible. Along with the high intensity of back to back opposing sets, you will be able to drive maximum amount of blood flow for the ultimate pump and muscle growth.
Monster Sets are probably THE most important muscle building technique that I discovered in 2012...and I'm glad to be able to share them with you today.
