CEBU Popular Music Festival’s (Cebu Pop) event manager Gloria Villarojo once asked Allan Jayme Rabaya, composer of the song “Kausa Nabasa ang Tubig,” about its meaning a few years ago. “He told me, ‘Glo, it’s very easy. The song is about your conscience talking to you’.” she said.
