SECULAR JEWISH SEDER NIGHT
at Harry Rice Hall, 72 Hargrave Park, London N19 5JN (nearest tube Archway)
Our annual Pesach meal where we remember and celebrate historical and current struggles for freedom and against slavery and oppression. Please bring cultural contributions - a short reading, a poem, a song, a friend... And please also bring some vegetarian food to share and drink.

HIDDEN STORIES OF THE STEPHEN LAWRENCE INQUIRY
at MIC Centre, 81-103 Euston Street, London NW1 2EZ (nearest tube, Euston)
With Dr Richard Stone, whose long-awaited book with this title will just have been published. Richard Stone, a veteran campaigner for racial equality, was an adviser to Sir William MacPherson in the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry (see his article in the current issue of Jewish Socialist). Copies of the book will be available at this meeting.

FOR YOUR FREEDOM AND OURS: REMEMBER SZMUL ZYGIELBOJM. REMEMBER THE WARSAW GHETTO RESISTERS.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Revolt and the suicide in London of the Bundist, Szmul Zygielbojm, who represented the Jews in the Ghettoes in the Polish Parliament in Exile. The evening will include talks, reminiscences, Yiddish song, poetry and readings.
