Residents of DLF Phase-1 and Sushant Lok 1 have been been facing outages for the last couple of days after construction work on Golf Course Road punctured an underground power cable ... The discom expressed inability saying that the construction work on Golf Course Road has led to puncturing of an underground wire ... a wire while digging the road....
