​@Matt Walsh of @The Daily Wire decided to attack @Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota today, despite her anti-mask and anti-vaccination stances when it comes to government mandates. Matt Walsh, again, just a guy from the internet, addresses the governor of South Dakota as "Kristi" while saying that he's "done" with her and her choice not to "use her power." He's done with Noem because she's not completely in denial of Covid-19, but also because she apparently didn't block trans athletes from competing in school sports. Matt Walsh of The Daily Wire, he was trending a bit this morning because he was going after Kristi Noem, the governor of South Dakota, who has been as anti-mask, anti-vax... clearly just appealing to Covid denialists throughout the country. I can't think of a governor who's been more visible, other than maybe DeSantis or Greg Abbott in this area. And those are way bigger states. So Noem has been on the national stage giving the base what they want for quite a long time, but not enough for Matt Walsh, and so of course, he resorts to misogyny. That's what he's got to do when she doesn't give him exactly what he wants in terms of the very specific brand of Covid denial that he wants her to engage in. Well immediately goes to misogyny. MW: I tell you what: I am done and have been done for a long time with these Republicans who are too afraid to use their power. What is it you want to do Kristi? I mean, you didn't want to use your power here. You didn't want to use your power over schools to stop them from putting men into women's sports. ... No use for these Republicans who have made themselves useless. No use for Kristi Noem, a very attractive woman, so she's got that going for her. That, as far as I can tell, that's the only reason why she was ever looked at as some sort of 2024 potential frontrunner. It keeps going, the hype and everything that she's gotten from Conservative media is entirely based on the fact that she's an extremely attractive woman which she is. But you know, you put 50 pounds on her and another 20 years i don't think she gets any of that.
