This is the first video from the record, a basketball and footwork inspired banger that Sport says he want to put to images of athletes playing sports to, "because when I watch sports set to certain music it gives me chills sometimes, or might bring a tear to my eye because of the emotion the players might be showing at the same time some ill track is playing.” Director/Producer - Alon Sicherman Drone Operator - Micah Dickbauer Opening title card by Arvid Logan 9/3 - London, UK - Dance Tunnel (Sporting Life & Friends) 10/27 - London, UK - Electric Ballroom (Sporting Life w/ Ratatat) 10/28 - London, UK - Electric Brixton (Sporting Life w/ Ratatat) You Should Subscribe Here Now: http...

Sport switched up the flow of things, sampling from three cassette tapes instead of going for vinyl records. Needless to say, the results are ill. After finding a tiny part of a sample on an unidentifiable tape, Sport created a drum loop that channels the vibes of the late Koopsta Knicca’s music. From there, he layered drums into the beat and his own vocals drops, shouting out Wiki of Ratking, who makes an appearance in the episode as well. Watch Sporting Life create gold out of old-ass cassette tapes in the player above. --------------Mass Appeal-------------- Website: http://massappeal.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/massappeal...

So far, so long, came to the sea
Bald head, all of them, everyone's there
Grey eyes, sporting life, down to the sea
Golden, what's the name, came through the snow
Wake up, a time to go, everyone's there
Star light, should I try, down to the sea
All of them, so am I, so I don't know
There's one to go, they never mind, they lost this place
We all feel fine, the pressure's on, the national
There's one to go, the same is true, and all this time
We couldn't forget you
Golden, what's the name, down to the sea
All of them, so am I, down to the sea
There's one to go, it seems to me, they never mind
They lost this place, we all feel fine, the pressure's on
The national, there's one to go, the same is true
