Yet, I am the one who is acting inappropriately? Some people in the busker collective may try to manipulatively spin things in order to fool you about who is wright and wrong. They have a separate agenda, must not be trusted, and most of all, watched closely as to expose them for who they truly are...

The president of a major civil rights organization said on Thursday (December 18) the massive cyber attack against Sony was the cyberworld equivalent of the 9/11 attacks and called on the U.S. government to respond. "It is imperative that the government of the United States forcefully respond to what in the cyber world is equivalent to something on the order of 9/11, and I say that with this reservation, when a foreign government, like North Korea, can seek to disable the free expression of creative content by simply making an anonymous idle threat, the values, the civil rights, the constitutional rights that this nation was founded on are th

Daniel Pantaleo has been sued three times for violating the constitutional rights of other black males in the area, by performing humiliating strip searches and fondling the genitalia of his victims, some of them in public view.
The most recent of these lawsuits was just filed in November and comes from Kenneth Collins, who says in the lawsuit that he “was subjected to a degrading search of his private parts and genitals by the defendants.”
The NYPD paid out a settlement last year to two men who sued the city because Pantaleo forced them to strip naked in public as he “touched and searched their genital areas, or stood by while this was don

Supreme Court Upholds North Carolina Traffic Stop and what you are missing about this case
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled that police officers don't necessarily violate a person's constitutional rights when they stop a car based on a mistaken understanding of the law. The ruling prompted a lone dissent from Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who warned that the court's decision could exacerbate public suspicion of police in some communities.
In 2009, Nicholas Heien and a friend were traveling down a North Carolina highway when they were pulled over for having a broken tail light. A subsequent search of the car found a plastic bag containing cocaine. It turns out, though, that police had no legal right to stop the car in the first
