Roop Kumar Rathod is an Indian playback singer and music director.

Personal life[link]
Roopkumar is the son of the late Pandit Chaturbhuj Rathod, the classical luminary – an exponent of the rare and arguably the oldest style of singing i.e. Dhrupad. He belonged to the “Aditya Gharana of Jamnagar”. Pandit Rathod has trained and groomed many well known names like Kalyanji – Anandji, Manhar Udhas and many more. He is famous throughout Bollywood as an excellent playback singer, music director having also performed extensively with Anup Jalota as a percussionist. Roopkumar has two brothers, music composer Shravan Rathod and singer Vinod Rathod. He is married to Sunali Rathod
Musical beginnings[link]
The fourth son to the Dhrupad Maestro, Pandit Chaturbhuj Rathod, Roop Kumar, was initiated into the world of music in his early years itself. His journey began as a tabla player and he went on to become one of the most sought after tablists by almost all the ghazal singers in the 80’s. His tryst with playback singing began in the year 1989 with the song, ‘Main Tera Aashiq Hoon’, composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal for the movie ‘Gumraah.’

The song ‘Sandese Aate Hain’, from the movie ‘Border’, became one of the major breakthroughs of Roop Kumar’s career. It soared to an unprecedented level of popularity, becoming an anthem of sorts for the nation. Riding on this wave of popularity and tirelessly pursuing his passion for music, Roop Kumar lent his voice to a number of songs in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Oriya, Assamese and Bhojpuri films. Apart from playback singing for films, Roop Kumar’s other thrust of interest is live concerts. With his equally gifted wife Sunali Rathod, he travels all over the world and performs at a number of concerts. Together, they have enchanted audiences across countries like USA, UK, Dubai, East Africa, Singapore, etc. with their soulful renditions of various genres of music spanning ghazal, sufi, light classical and film songs. Roop Kumar also performs live-on-stage, with artists like Trilok Gurtu, Ranjit Barot and Abhijeet Pohankar in fusion concerts. He has collaborated with Trilok Gurtu for a fusion based album, ‘Beat Of Love’, released in December 2001 and a jazz based album, ‘Broken Rhythms’, released in October 2004. In August 2005, the popular comedy serial Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai featured Roop Kumar and Sunali Rathod in one of their episodes that showcased a friendly musical contest. Roop Kumar, along with wife Sunali, added another feather to his cap by together winning the coveted title of ‘Ustaad Jodi’ on ‘Mission Ustaad’, a much acclaimed musical television reality show aired in February 2008, that aimed to create awareness about social causes. He recently released a sufi album along with Sunali Rathod called Kalmaa.[1]

Shekhar Suman is an Indian film actor and a television personality. He has also been featured as a singer on a music album. Suman married Alka Kapur on May 4, 1984, and has a son, Adhyayan Suman a Bollywood film actor.

He started his Bollywood career with the film Utsav opposite Rekha in September 1985.
On television, he was featured in the shows Dekh Bhai Dekh, Reporter, Wah janab,'chote babu' Andaz,Amar Prem 'aaha', 'main' 'vilayati babu'Movers n Shakers, Simply Shekhar and Carry On shekhar. The last three were primarily modelled on and adapted from The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He hosted Film Deewane The Great Indian Comedy Show on Star One until February 2006 and appeared in some episodes of Dial One aur Jeeto on Sahara TV. He also did quiz shows including Nilaam Ghar on Zee Television and He-Man on Star One. He also hosted a show on Star News, Poll Khol for five years, which was a satire on the Indian politics, Comedy Circus I, Comedy ka maha muqabala, and Perfect Bride.
He was one of the judges of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge along with Navjot Singh Sidhu. This programme, a stand-up comedy contest, was the first of its kind on Indian television. However, Shekhar quit after the end of the third season due to differences with Sidhu. He became the judge of a rival comedy program Comedy Circus. He also hosted the show Jab Khelo SAB Khelo on SAB TV. He can be seen on Sony TV as a participant in Jhalak Dikhlaja.
He made his singing debut with a music album named Kuch Khwaab Aise, a collection of eight love ballads whose music was composed by Aadesh Srivastava and lyrics written by Shyam Raj. In December 2009, he appeared as a participant on a reality TV series, Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka based on past life regression.[1][2][3]
He has also appeared as a judge in the reality TV show Lux Perfect Bride.

Abhijit Pohankar (born 29 June 1974 is an Indian classical instrumentalist. He plays classical music on the keyboard.[1]

Pohankar was born in Mumbai. He was born to Pandit Ajay Pohankar. He is the grandson of Mrs Susheela Pohankar of Kirana Gharana.[2]
He learned for some time with Pt Shivkumar Sharma.
Career[link]
After playing classical music on a keyboard, he started venturing in to world music and fusion music. His biggest album was Piya Bawari with his father Pt Ajay Pohankar where he experimented with classical music fused with lounge music. One of the youngest artist to be featured in Buddha bar of France. Abhiijit has started his new world music band Soundz of India and is performing all over the world. He is one of the most successful fusion music producers.
Abhijeet has to his credit famous albums Piya Bavari, Sajanawa, URBAN RAAGAS and many more. A promising young musician who has made a mark for himself in New Age Music.[3]
