The "patient" is an actor from the community who is portraying a fictional character. He has been assigned to have a "costochondritis." All responses and details he provides are fabricated for this experience. Yo, my palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy Forgot the patients name already, was it jane or jenny? I'm nervous, and on the surface I look pale and edgy I hate blood, and the first station is phlebotomy I put the tournequet on the wrong way Wrong needle gauge, marks down the drain Then I missed the vein, and when the patient pulled away in pain, I got a needle stick injury! Snap back to reality, oh I failed phlebotomy Now I got 5 minutes to sit and think about all my mistakes, when stressed kwong told us to breath So now I'm failing and I'm hyperventilating What a joke, I knew the stuff but I choked I can't cope with all these curve ball scnerarios What I lack in empathy I make up in anxiety Im destined for pathology if I ever pass this degree cause I'm Losing marks in the OSCE I blew it I knew it I'm never passin DNP! You only get one shot, I failed, now I must study, cause only one month til the supplementaries, cause i'm Losing marks in the OSCE I stuffed it I admit I can't communicate for shit! You only get 5 minutes, when the bell rings that's it! this opportunity comes once every 12 months! So then I walked into the DLEPP station Where I needed to gain consent from a patient & I saw Mr Hamilton there waiting... The best mashed potatoes in the nation? So I started shaking as he checked my ID badge I forgot to wash my hands and he's the strictest lecturer on campus. & so I gained consent but turns out the patient was incompetent (fuck) Next up was a surgical scrub I contaminated myself and couldn't get on my gloves At the vitals station I couldn't find her heart beat Let alone where to record it on the vitals chart sheet And in obstetrics to my great misfortune I said congratulations but she wanted an abortion... & then her husband got a little bit mad when I accidentally let it slip that he wasn't the dad! As soon as I walk through the door, I lose rapport I never get a good score for warmth because I always get myself in awkward situations like... Do you have family? No Im an orphan Do you have a husband? Nah I'm a lesbian... Well maybe I should just stop talking then... I specialize in double barreled closed questions I wish I went to more of adam Jackson's practise sessions Hard to uphold the Hippocratic oath when they take offence to "do you like men women or both?" My bedside manners intimidating I make the babies cry faster than a needle sting Whether I'm percussing or auscultating You can bet that I can't detect anything! All of these actors see straight through me at 23 still aint mature enough for this degree I laugh whenever they mention constipation I go bright red whenever discussing menstruation Under arm pit sweat stains every consultation Do you experience pain on deep or superficial penetration?... Non-verbal communication showing signs of desperation Heavy palpitations in the breast examination In the DRE I found the prostate and then I fainted... Now im never gonna graduate cause I'm ...Better luck next year Can I start again please?

Tutorial del Procedimiento de Certificación de Funcionarios y Servidores del Órgano Encargado de las Contrataciones del Estado. Es el procedimiento por el cual el OSCE reconoce que los funcionarios y servidores que laboran en el Órgano Encargado de las Contrataciones (OEC), cumplen con los requisitos señalados en el artículo 5º del Decreto Supremo N° 184-2008-EF que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado. El objetivo es dotar a las entidades del Estado de recursos humanos que cuenten con experiencia laboral y académica mínima, lo que contribuirá a que estas cumplan con sus objetivos institucionales y, de esta manera, lograr la satisfacción de la sociedad. Deben certificarse todos aquellos funcionarios y servidores que laboren en el OEC (logística o abastecimiento) de las Entidades Públicas sujetas a la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado y que, en razón de sus funciones, intervienen directamente en alguna de las siguientes actividades, referidas a las tres fases de la contratación:
