Corrie Clark (born April 11, 1982 in Malvern, Pennsylvania, USA) is a female breaststroke and medley swimmer from the United States. At the 2003 Pan American Games, she won silver medals in the 100 breaststroke and 200 IM, although at one point PASO stripped Clark of the breaststroke medal.^[1]

Clark studied at and swam for Southern Methodist University (2000-2003).^[2]

In 2008, Clark was hired to fill an Associate Coach position at Swarthmore College under the guidance of veteran coach Susan P. Davis. After a brief stint, Corrie chose to end a 2-year contract early. Corrie began running the swimmer development program at acac Fitness and Wellness Centre in West Chester, PA. She is currently training full time at Penn State.

Roger Albert Clark, MBE, (5 August 1939 – 12 January 1998) was a British rally driver during the 1960s and '70s, and the first competitor from his country to win a World Rally Championship (WRC) event when he triumphed at the 1976 RAC Rally.

He made his debut at club level in 1956, and went on to win the first of four British Rally Championship titles in a Ford Cortina GT in 1965, and in a Ford Escort RS (1972, '73 & '75), all with co-driver Jim Porter.

His most notable successes came in the RAC Rally, his country's biggest rally race. He won twice, in 1972 with Tony Mason and then again in 1976 with Stuart Pegg when it was part of the WRC, a feat that would not be emulated for over fifteen years. He also won the Acropolis Rally in 1968, the Circuit of Ireland in 1970, and the Scottish Rally on six occasions, among a total of 40 national and international victories.

In 1975 he was one of two recipients of the Segrave Trophy, bestowed upon "the Briton who accomplishes the most outstanding demonstration of the possibilities of transport by land, sea, air, or water." He was awarded the MBE in 1979.

Both of his sons followed their father into motorsport. Olly Clark has been a competitor in the Time Attack UK series (winning the championship in 2008), Network Q Rally of Great Britain and the FIA Cup for Drivers of Production Cars, while Matt Clark is now chief engine builder at the family-owned tuning company. His brother Stan Clark was also a racing driver.

In 2004, a historic rally event was established to recreate the route of the "classic" RAC Rally, since the current race is now restricted to south Wales. The event was named the Roger Albert Clark Rally (also RAC Rally) in his honour. Competitors are limited to vehicles released prior to 1972, and traces a route through stages in Scotland and northern England which are no longer part of the modern itinerary.

Jacoba Francisca Maria "Cobie" Smulders^[1] (born April 3, 1982)^[2] is a Canadian actress and former model, known for her role as Robin Scherbatsky on the television series How I Met Your Mother and Maria Hill in The Avengers.

Smulders was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, to a Dutch father and an English mother. She was named after her great-aunt, Jacoba, from whom she gained the nickname "Cobie".^[3]

Smulders worked in modeling, which she later said she "kind of hated", adding that the experience made her hesitant about pursuing acting as a career: "You know you go into these rooms, and I've had the experience of people judging you physically for so long and I was over that. But then it was like, 'Oh no, I have to actually perform. I have to do well, and I have to have a voice, and I have to have thoughts now.'"^[4]

Smulders' first role was as a guest in the Showtime science-fiction series Jeremiah, and she has appeared in several television series since, including a recurring part in The L Word. Off-Broadway, she has performed in Love, Loss, and What I Wore.^[5] Her first permanent series role was in the short-lived ABC series Veritas: The Quest, and her second was television reporter Robin Scherbatsky on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Joss Whedon has suggested that he considered her for the role of Wonder Woman in his draft of the (cancelled) eponymous film.^[6] Smulders plays Maria Hill in Whedon's 2012 film The Avengers.^[7]

Smulders resides in Los Angeles, California.^[8] On January 28, 2009, Smulders and actor Taran Killam announced their engagement.^[9] Their daughter Shaelyn Cado Killam was born on May 14, 2009.^[10] Smulders is an avid Vancouver Canucks fan.^[11] In December 2010 she was on the cover of Maxim Magazine.

Robert Clark Gregg (born April 2, 1962) is an American actor, screenwriter and director. He co-starred as Christine Campbell's ex-husband Richard in the CBS sitcom The New Adventures of Old Christine, which debuted in March 2006 and concluded in May 2010. He is also known for playing FBI Special Agent Mike Casper on the NBC series The West Wing and Phil Coulson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and The Avengers).

Gregg has^[1] been featured in a number of supporting roles in films, such as Lovely & Amazing, In Good Company, and The Human Stain, and a number of guest spots on TV series, such as Will & Grace, Sports Night, Sex and the City and The West Wing. He also wrote the screenplay for the 2000 thriller What Lies Beneath.

He is the director and screenwriter of the 2008 film Choke, based on the Chuck Palahniuk novel of the same name, starring Sam Rockwell.^[2]Gregg consulted his father, an emeritus religion professor at Stanford, for the quotation from Paul of Tarsus' letter to the Galatians which Gregg used in Choke.^[3] Gregg's father is also the former chaplain at Stanford Memorial Church.

In 2008, Gregg appeared in the film Iron Man as S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson.^[4] In 2010, Gregg reprised his role as Agent Coulson for Iron Man 2. Gregg had since signed up for a multiple film deal as the character with Marvel Studios. In 2011, he returned again as Coulson for Thor.^[5] Gregg noted his being a part of the expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe as being very exciting, "Agent Coulson was one of the guys who wasn't really in the comic books, and he was a very kind of small role in 'Iron Man," he said, "and I was just very lucky that they chose to expand that character and chosen to put him more into the universe of it. It's really a blast!"^[6] Following on from his appearance in Thor, he again reprised his role in The Avengers. Gregg also stars in a series of Marvel short films that center around his character and can be seen on the Blu-ray releases of the films.

In October 2010, Gregg was part of the cast of a staged reading of Larry Kramer's The Normal Heart alongside Dylan Walsh, Lisa Kudrow, and Tate Donovan, presented in Los Angeles on the occasion of the play's 25th anniversary (and preceding the play's 2011 Broadway premiere, which retained elements of this staged reading); the reading was directed by his father-in-law, Joel Grey.

Gregg was born April 2, 1962 in Boston, Massachusetts.^[7] He is the son of Mary Layne (née Shine) and Robert Clark Gregg, an Episcopal minister and professor at Stanford University.^[8][9][10] Gregg has been married since July 21, 2001 to actress Jennifer Grey. The couple has one child, daughter Stella, born December 3, 2001. He co-starred with Grey in the Lifetime TV movie Road to Christmas^[11][12] and with her father in Choke.
