How do I select the right anchor for my application?
How do I select the right anchor for my application?
There's an anchor for everything and every type of surface. Whether you're hanging artwork on drywall or shelves on masonry, you can find an anchor that will securely hold your objects for years to come. In this video, we'll tell you what you need to know to select the right anchor for your job. There are so many kinds of anchors. And so many different applications. So how do they work and which one is right for you? First, anchors can be used to hang everything from light fixtures to shelves, from mirrors to art and from smoke detectors to curtain rods. There's an anchor for every size and every weight. But just as important as the size and weight of the object you're hanging, is the type of surface you're hanging it on. Drywall, plaster, brick and concrete can all withstand different weights. Denser material -- like concrete -- can handle heavier items than something less dense -- like drywall. Speaking of drywall, plastic hollow wall plugs are usually a good choice for both drywall and plaster when you're not able to anchor a screw into a stud. Threaded anchors are good for slightly heavier objects, such as shelving units and closet organizers. For medium-to-heavy-duty applications, try a molly bolt. They have wings that expand when inserted into the wall to give you extra support. They're good for heavier artwork and for solid shelving. Toggle bolts also expand and are great for very heavy objects like mirrors and bookshelves. They can also be used to hang things from ...

Legend of Legaia - Boss #6 [Berserker]
Legend of Legaia - Boss #6 [Berserker]
Boss #6 ## Berserker ## HP: 6500 I tried using a different emulator this time and the results are: -Quality is lower -FPS are better -Sometimes messes up like at the end of the video -Filesize is lower ( which is good ) I could go cheap on that boss and use "Nighto" to confuse him all the time but where is the challenge in doing that? :P So far, if you didn't know, in this game there is no "defend" option like in Final Fantasy for example. However, there is a "hidden" defend to be exactly; It's "Spirit". Yes, not only does it increase your AP and Command bar BUT it lowers damage taken as well. The good thing is it doesn't matter if the character used Spirit BEFORE or AFTER the monster's attack. Example: - The enemy deals 400 damage (with Spirit about 150-200) - I select Spirit with Noa - Enemy attacks before Noa can execute that action - Damage is still halved / reduced OR - I select Spirit with Noa - Noa uses that action before enemy's turn - Enemy attacks Noa now - Damage is halved / reduced "Stone Circlet" deals insane amount of damage and his "Spore Gas" can seal our movements. Fortunately I learned the "Cure Rot" skill with Vera so I don't have to worry about that. Enjoy!

Ball Point Pen Dragon Sketch (for DVD documentary attempt)
Ball Point Pen Dragon Sketch (for DVD documentary attempt)
Well, I am finally getting around to attempting to get my dvd's done. So many people have been requesting them. My apologies to all who have been waiting. Times are so strange and strenuous. I find myself working 3 ties harder than I ever have just to keep up with the economy. This is a first round attempt at a full commentary drawing of a dragon for dvd. I'm not sure I will actually use this one, however-- the art table I drew it on was shaking like crazy... I know if I was the viewer who bough a dvd with that goin on, it would drive me nuts. I will probably do a few more before I select the right one to produce for the final edition of the dvd. I am starting with the basics and drawing with ball point pen, and pencil in others for these dvd's. Believe me, that is the BEST way to explain how and why I am doing these the way I am doing them. Actual drawing time to get this one done was 48 minutes. Enjoy!

Voices of Finnish Disney Princesses
Voices of Finnish Disney Princesses
Video about finnish disney singers. I did this because I wanna show how wondeful these voices of finnish princesses are, and you can't deny that! I select just my favorite parts of these songs, so that's why there isn't for example the chorus like Colours of the wind. Of course there is more wonderful finnish voices from Lion King etc. but because this is just video about "princesses" you don't see those. I can promise that if this come popular I could do a vid about finnish male voices, animals and so on. So I wish that you will say your opinion. Which is your favourite/favourites? PS After one day this is the most discussed video of mine, thanks! .*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*:*.*.*.*.* All this is (c)Disney

DSLR Camera setting selection for Outdoor Portraits. Tutorial on how to choose your Setting Order.
DSLR Camera setting selection for Outdoor Portraits. Tutorial on how to choose your Setting Order.
www.facebook.com www.PhotographersOnUTube.com In this video I talk about how I select my camera setting based on the outdoor available light. Instructions Aperture Mode Settings. You can do this in Manual mode as well. #1 First set the ISO (for a Sunny day, pick lowest ISO, for cloudy start with ISO400) #2 Select aperture or f/stop # (your desired depth of field) Group shot or solo portrait? #3 Focus to see if shutter speed is fast enough - If Shutter speed is fast enough, take the picture - If shutter speed is not fast enough then increase the ISO to get to desired shutter speed OR open up your aperture to get to fast enough shutter speed. #4 If you're ISO is already too high and shutter speed is just shy of "minimum shutter speed" then see if you can open up the aperture Note: If your ISO is 100 or 200 and you're not getting fast enough shutter speed then you either open up your aperture OR increase the ISO to get faster shutter speed.
