Despite the conclusion of negotiations over sediment spills during a Riverside Avenue bridge construction project, the cleanup of Willow Branch Creek remains in murky water ... Among them was the collapse of dirt dams during several rain storms. That spilled 240 cubic feet of silt and dirt into the creek.
