European Council President Charles Michel, who was at the UN assembly, speaks to Sky's Yalda Hakim about the battle to impose economic sanctions on Moscow.
Mr Michel says: "I can assure you that we are absolutely determined on the EU side to implement very tough sanctions on Russia but it is challenging."
He added: "That's why we are making decisions every week so we can fine-tune our sanctions in the best possible way."
