Rupert Graves as Martyn in Damage [1992] - film
NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED - This upload is meant for evaluation purposes only. If you like it buy the original and support the creators.
1992 - Film Four, Le Studio Canal+.
Director: - Louis Malle.
Producer: - Louis Malle, Vincent Malle, Simon Relph.
Rupert Graves: - Martyn Fleming
Also known as "Fatale", taken from the novel by Josephine Hart.
Jeremy Irons plays the part of a somewhat pompous Tory MP, Dr Fleming, coming from a well to do family living in the stockbroker belt. His wife, played by Miranda Richardson, is portrayed as a kindly woman, who, although being intellectual herself, spends her real time looking after her family.
They have a son, Martyn, played by Rupert Graves, who is portrayed seemingly as a young man who spends him time using woman (strange, as he certainly doesn't come across this way in the film, more of an ordinary son trying to get on in life, with the problems of his father' shadow, and is close to his mother rather more so.
At a political meeting, Anna Barton, (Juliette Binoche) the new girlfriend of Martyn, introduces herself to his father, and we see straight away that there is an element of sexual chemistry afoot between the pair.
Barton calls him up from a telephone box, and things start straight away, after the terribly small call, the pair arrange to meet in an hour.
Inside her house, after two minutes, the pair make love. One minute later it's finished, but the affair is not. Amazingly, at the beginning of the film, Mrs Fleming ( Miranda Richardson) makes the statement about Barton, "I don't trust her". If only she knew. Fleming continues to deceive both his wife and son, meeting up with Barton on numerous occasions, sometimes riddled with guilt, otherwise consumed by passion for his new love.
Barton continues to encourage the affair, even after accepting a proposal of marriage from Martyn.
After briefly ending the affair, the couple arrange to meet at her new flat.
They are busy making love, unaware that Martyn is climbing the stairs......
As Martyn approaches the room, he notices that a set of keys are already in the door (given to Fleming by Barton). As Martyn looks on at the naked couple, the pain in his face is unbelievable. He steps back away from the couple, edging to the banister, backwards, not seeing the tragic fate that awaits him, he that has done no wrong. As the tragedy unfolds, Fleming is left to rue the consequences of his actions. He loses his lover, his wife, his career, and must bury his dead son.
Barton calmly, but sorrowful, walks away from the scene, aware of the damage she has caused. A sad and somewhat poignant film. The music used for the production is both haunting and dramatic.

The Last of the Mohicans 1992 historical epic film - HD
The Last of the Mohicans - HD. - The Last of the Mohicans is a 1992 historical epic film set in 1757 during the French and Indian War and produced by Morgan Creek Pictures. It was directed by Michael Mann and based on James Fenimore Cooper's novel of the same name, although it owes more to George B. Seitz's 1936 film adaptation than the source novel. The main cast includes Daniel Day-Lewis, Madeleine Stowe, Russell Means, Wes Studi, Eric Schweig, Steven Waddington, and Jodhi May.
The soundtrack features music by Trevor Jones and Randy Edelman, and the song "I Will Find You" by Clannad. The main theme of the film is taken from the tune "The Gael" by Scottish singer-songwriter Dougie MacLean. Released on September 25, 1992 in the United States, The Last of the Mohicans was met with nearly-universal praise from critics as well as being commercially successful during its box-office run.

A gigantic white stallion appears mysteriously to a Traveller grandfather and his two grandsons in an Irish slum. Since, puzzlingly, the younger of the two boys is the only individual who can control the horse, ownership falls to him and his older brother by default. There being no place for the animal, they move him into the apartment of their alcoholic Traveller father. Police remove him and, in a shady deal, he ends up under control of a wealthy, underhanded horse breeder. The boys manage to retrieve him and escape on his back, but the stallion seems to have his own travelling agenda

Medicine Man (1992) - Full Movie (Sean Connery Movie)
A pharmaceutical company sends biochemist Dr. Rae Crane into the Amazonian rainforest to locate researcher Robert Campbell after his wife and research partner abandon him.
Crane is bringing equipment and supplies, but Campbell is nevertheless upset the research partner is not forthcoming. He tries to send Crane home, but she demurs, as she has been assigned to determine whether Campbell's research deserves continued funding.
Campbell has found a cure for cancer, but attempts to synthesize the compound have failed. With supplies of the successful serum running low, Campbell isolates a derivative of a species of flower from which the formula can be synthesized and with Crane's help is determined to find its source.
A logging company is building a road headed straight for the village, threatening to expose the native population to potentially lethal foreign antigens, as has happened before. In fact, Campbell's wife left him because he could not forgive himself for the tragedy.
A small boy appears with malignant neoplasms and Campell, Crane, the boy, and his father set out in search of Campbell's predecessor, a medicine man from whom Campbell once acquired his knowledge of flowers. Upon encountering Campbell's entourage, the medicine man flees in fear. Though he is reluctant to pursue the man further, Crane convinces him circumstances demand that he must.
Campbell rescues Crane from a fall, then locates the medicine man, whom he is compelled to fight in order to heal the medicine man's wounded pride and gain further necessary information. Unfortunately, the medicine man reveals that the flowers have no "juju"--power to heal. Father and son agree to return another time.
Back at the village, Crane initally refuses to allow Campbell to inoculate the boy with the last of the serum until more can be synthesized. But when the boy's condition worsens, she gives in and the boy is inoculated.
The next morning, the boy is better but the village is in tumult. The logging road is nearly finished. Campbell appeals to the company's workers to halt construction until he can conclude his research, but it refuses.
In desperation and after new samples fail to contain the missing compound, Crane runs the chromatograph one more time and accidentally discovers that the source of the cure is not the flower but a species of rare ant indigenous to the rainforest. Campbell demands the construction stop. A fight results and a bulldozer catches fire, destroying the village and the research station along with many acres of rainforest.
The next day, Crane promises to send Campbell new equipment and the research assistant he'd originally requested. She is about to return home when she meets the medicine man. He symbolically passes on his mantle to Campbell, and Crane accepts an invitation to continue working with him in exchange for recognition for co-discovering the source of the compound.

My Film Favorites of 1992
A montage of stills from my favorite films and performances of 1992, set to a favorite song from that year. These are just my personal favorites (but you could think of these as alternate Academy Awards).
I've chosen my top 6 favorite Supporting Actresses and Actors, Actresses, Actors, Directors, and Films, highlighting my absolute favorites.
These aren't necessarily "the best," just my favorites: Movies I could watch again and again. Great acting, singing, entertaining. Iconic stars in iconic roles. Films that blow me away. Stories that grab me. Performances that surprise me. But nothing that bores me. I only agree with the Oscars about half the time.
Enjoy! Agree or disagree, I'd love to hear your favorites. Mature and thoughtful comments are welcome!
