WFPA-CD, UHF digital channel 28, is a UniMás owned-and-operated television station located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The station is owned by Univision Communications, and is a sister station to Univision owned-and-operated station WUVP-DT (channel 65). The two stations share studios located on Delsea Drive in Franklin Township, and its transmitter is located in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. Due to its low-power status, WFPA's signal radius does not reach the entire Philadelphia market; as a result, the station is simulcast on WUVP-DT digital subchannel 65.2.
The station originally operated as a repeater of New York City's Univision owned-and-operated station, WXTV. It was first licensed as a translator, W35AB, operating on UHF channel 35. After WYBE was granted a license to operate a full-power station on channel 35, the translator moved to channel 28 and was ultimately relicensed as a low-power station, WXTV-LP. In 2002, Univision Communications acquired WUVP (channel 65), and moved its programming there. Channel 28 began to air programming from the then-new TeleFutura network (which relaunched as UniMás in January 2013), and its call letters were changed to WFPA-CA.
I watched you sit alone
I watched you cry your eyes out
Now tell me what you've done
Is it so bad that
I would shut you out
And leave you here alone
Yes, i saw what you did
I was right there with you
I won't let you sink
No, i forgive you
Phobic
Don't be
Grace needs a little more freedom
Phobic
Don't be
Love needs room to breathe
I have watched you grow
And i've stood in your shadow
I've never walked away
I hung the stars and
I hold your heart
So, don't ever be afraid
Yes, i know when you breathe
And i feel when you need
I won't let you sink
No, i forgive you
You can be healed
You can be free
You can know peace
Never be afraid again
Never be afraid
Never be afraid
