Steel coils are left undelivered at a plant of Posco, one of the world's largest steel makers, in South Korea's southeastern port city of Pohang Wednesday, May 7, 2003. Members of the Korea Cargo Transportation Workers' Union blocked the main gates of the plant to prevent access of non-union vehicles during a strike that disrupts operation at the company.
