Olle cel mic, astăzi se plimba,
Soare-n priviri, fericit aduna,
Un coş cu mure în mână ţinea
Şi, fără teamă, el tot hoinărea...
O tufă mare se clătina...
Poate e vântul, ori e altceva?
Un ursuleţ fragi şi mure vroia
Şi un prieten el tot căuta...
Coşul întreg i-a fost dăruit
Şi ursuleţul era fericit,
El a mâncat tot ce Olle-a cules
Şi-un bun prieten, pe loc, şi-a ales!
Mama, pe Olle, l-a căutat
Când l-a văzut, ea speriată-a ţipat...
Ursu-a fugit imediat în zăvoi,
Mami, te rog, cheamă-l tu înapoi!

Lumea necuvântătoarelor este cu totul deosebită, întrucât găzduiește o suită întreagă de viețuitoare cu suflete extrem de iubitoare și luminoase.
Noul nostru cântecel animat, intitulat „Olle și Ursul”, aduce la lumină o relație de prietenie pe care nu o întâlnim în fiecare zi. Acest lucru devine evident din felul în care a reacționat mama băiatului când și-a văzut fiul alături de un animal în genere fioros. Cu toate acestea, Ursul era inofensiv și doar bucuros deoarece Olle tocmai îi dăruise un coșuleț plin cu fragi și mure, motiv pentru care el a fost cel care a fugit, speriat, la vederea mămicii copilului.
Așadar, cântecul ne oferă și o importantă lecție de viață, anume că aparențele pot înșela, motiv pentru care nu trebuie să le lăsăm niciodată să ne păcălească.

Väcka Olle igen!

"Mors lilla Olle" is a Swedish children's song by Alice Tegnér. The song is about the boy Olle, who meets a bear in the forest. He is not frightened, believing the bear to be a dog, and feeds the bear all of his precious blueberries. When Olle's mother sees him and the bear she screams loudly, and the bear flees. Olle then asks his mother if the "dog" couldn't come back again.
In the song, Olle is approximately 4–5 years of age, and therefore does not understand what a bear is. The lyrics was inspired by an actual event. In September 1850, a toddler named Jon Ersson and his older siblings picked lingonberries a couple of hundred meters from their home in Morbäcksätern outside the village Särna in Dalarna. Jon, at that time just one year and seven months old, met a female brown bear with two cubs and fed the cubs lingonberry twigs. They got tired and the cubs and Jon all lay to rest next to the female bear. Jon's eldest sister then fetched their mother and she scared off the bears. A Norwegian newspaper wrote an article about this incident in April 1851 and the author Wilhelm von Braun (1813–1860) wrote a poem about it, Stark i sin oskuld ("Strong in his innocence") which starts with the line "Small boy in a mountain forest went, rosy cheeks and angelic look...".

Out of the blue, a person appears on the dark road and Henrik runs over her. Henrik pulls the car over but he does not see anybody on the road. Henrik returns to the car but it does not start, so he walks to a small farm to ask for help. He sees lights in the barn and he sees a blond little girl. When he talks to her, she transforms into an evil creature. Hentik runs to the house and he meets a weird family that lodges him. Henrik has scary nightmares and daydreams and fells like he is trapped in hell. He learns that his father was murdered and dumped in the lake. Further, he has already been buried and sooner Hemrik finds the truth about Gabriel. When Henrik returns to his parish, he questions the nonexistence of hell declared by the Swedish Church in 1983.

Olle cel mic, astăzi se plimba,
Soare-n priviri, fericit aduna,
Un coş cu mure în mână ţinea
Şi, fără teamă, el tot hoinărea...
O tufă mare se clătina...
Poate e vântul, ori e altceva?
Un ursuleţ fragi şi mure vroia
Şi un prieten el tot căuta...
Coşul întreg i-a fost dăruit
Şi ursuleţul era fericit,
El a mâncat tot ce Olle-a cules
Şi-un bun prieten, pe loc, şi-a ales!
Mama, pe Olle, l-a căutat
Când l-a văzut, ea speriată-a ţipat...
Ursu-a fugit imediat în zăvoi,
Mami, te rog, cheamă-l tu înapoi!
Olle si ursul

Lumea necuvântătoarelor este cu totul deosebită, întrucât găzduiește o suită întreagă de viețuitoare cu suflete extrem de iubitoare și luminoase.
Noul nostru cântecel animat, intitulat „Olle și Ursul”, aduce la lumină o relație de prietenie pe care nu o întâlnim în fiecare zi. Acest lucru devine evident din felul în care a reacționat mama băiatului când și-a văzut fiul alături de un animal în genere fioros. Cu toate acestea, Ursul era inofensiv și doar bucuros deoarece Olle tocmai îi dăruise un coșuleț plin cu fragi și mure, motiv pentru care el a fost cel care a fugit, speriat, la vederea mămicii copilului.
Așadar, cântecul ne oferă și o importantă lecție de viață, anume că aparențele pot înșela, motiv pentru care nu trebuie să le lăsăm niciodată să ne păcălească.
Dacă vă place acest cântecel, nu uitați să îi dați like și să vă împărtășiți părerea cu noi printr-un comentariu. Vizionare plăcută!

The Jeju Olle Trail, Olle Gil, or simply the Jeju Olle is an amazing network of trails that completely encircle Jeju Island. The more than twenty legs have an average of 16km each, with a total distance covered of about 422km. The routes, while mostly coastal, do venture away from the beaches into small villages and towns, including one spur leg into Jeju International Airport. This week on EYE, I've elected to hike trail 6, starting at the Seosekkak (쇠소깍) estuary and terminating at Oedolgae Rock (외돌개). The journey is about 15km and can be comfortably traversed in 5 hours. These well-maintained paths have been carved straight out of nature, and crisscross much of the southern coastline. Each trail is several miles long, and may carry you through a variety of environments, among them forests and beaches. New Chapter in Life on Jeju Island - Patrick Carle
Patric Carle now teaches English at Dongseo University in Busan. He spends his weekend nights at jazz bars where he plays the violin. Patrick first came to Busan in 1996 out of curiosity, and has been living there ever since - not only because he loves Korea, but also because he met there his life partner, Kang Jung-hwa.
Whenever they have time, the couple likes to backpack to see various places. Traveling is now part of their routine. Since 2009 these two people have finished all 26 olle trails on Jeju Island, which has more than 360 volcanic cones called "oreum" and some 160 lava caves. It is a world-renowned tourist attraction that was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2007. The beautiful mountains, sea and simple alleys of the island inspired the couple to make a new start in life - not as tourists but as island residents.
Patrick and his wife decided to settle down on Jeju, but before moving there for good they visited the island as tourists for the last time. The purpose of their trip is to learn how to run a guest house. Join us to see Jeju's most scenic olle trails and hear the stories of people who moved to the island recently.

The Jeju Olle Trail, Olle Gil, or simply the Jeju Olle is an amazing network of trails that completely encircle Jeju Island. The more than twenty legs have an average of 16km each, with a total distance covered of about 422km. The routes, while mostly coastal, do venture away from the beaches into small villages and towns, including one spur leg into Jeju International Airport.
This week on EYE, I've elected to hike trail 6, starting at the Seosekkak (쇠소깍) estuary and terminating at Oedolgae Rock (외돌개). The journey is about 15km and can be comfortably traversed in 5 hours.
I chose route six for a few reasons. First, it was predominantly along the sea, providing some stunning views. It also was rated as one of the easier trails, which I wanted to show, to hopefully inspire those at all fitness levels and abilities to step out and enjoy this networked system. Finally, I knew that towards the end, I'd be presented with one of my favorite views on Jeju.
It wasn't long before we starting seeing some amazing sculptures and strange creatures. However, the crashing surf into the volcanic shoreline is what really captivated me, even under the dismal skies. It really made me jealous when we came across houses and restaurants. The views they must have on clear days must be fantastic!
Despite the wind and drizzle, we pushed on in the wind, smiles on our faces the entire way. Along the path we also saw a number of intricate webs, spun by large spiders. With the advancing winds, they seemed to dance, suspended mid-air. The blooming flowers were just as captivating.
One of the more surprising things we came across on our Jeju Olle Trail was an archery range. It's said that one must be calm when shooting, and I can't think of a better place to relax.
The trail wound through several resort areas, some even included a waterfall. These were easily accessible by car, so it was common for us to see a few more people along the trail taking in the sights.
All in all, it was a great experience, and something I'd want to do again. The beauty of the island really shines through when traversing these trails.
The Jeju Olle Office has done an amazing job of providing exceptional information to visitors. Their website is available in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. In addition, offices can be found along trail 6 and 18, should one like to get more information about the network of trails. While walking, there were times when we weren't exactly sure where we needed to go, everyone who worked or lived near the trail was familiar with the route and easily pointed us in the correct direction.
If you're looking to hike the Jeju Olle Trail, be sure to do your research before you set out. Pick the trail suited for your fitness level. I found the trail ratings fairly accurate, but even easy trails are long. Plan accordingly for the weather, but it isn't necessary to carry a lot of food or water when walking. There are plenty of toilets, convenience stores, and restaurants along the way. The start, end, and "mid-point" of each trail have a special stamp. Be sure to bring a piece paper to collect them (or buy the Jeju Olle Trail Passport books to place multiple stamps inside).
One final note: this was an amazing experience. So much so, that I would love to return to Jeju to hike the 21 main trails and 5 spur trails. The countryside, even in these gloomy conditions was amazing and I'd love to see every bit the island has to offer.
