2006 AlfaRomeo 147 1.9 JTD-MJET PROGRESSION Full Review,Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour
For more in depth reviews check my channel: www.youtube.com Filmed by: Tomaž Kožar Jesenice The Alfa Romeo 147 has been on sale in the UK for seven years and over that period has helped the Italian company redefine its public image. Before the 147 an Alfa Romeo was considered by many to be a risky and slightly eccentric purchase, particularly on the used-car market once the vehicle's warranty had expired. The cars may have looked good but they were notoriously unreliable and not very durable. But in the space of a single model's lifetime the Alfa Romeo family has undergone a transformation; the marque now offers not only beautiful, but also well engineered saloons, coupés, convertibles and hatchbacks that are as good as any of their mainstream competitors. Voted European Car of the Year in 2001, the 147 underwent some significant revision in its 2005 update. The task of making an already pretty car even more attractive is never easy to pull off, but the Alfa Romeo designers managed to do just that.At the front are triple-cluster lights and a new style of bumper, while around the back there's an attractive chrome strip along the lip of the reprofiled tailgate. A new bumper and larger boot-lid badge complete the exterior changes. Slip inside the cabin and you'll no doubt find that the latest 147 is equally impressive. The fit and finish of the dashboard and switchgear were improved as part of the 2005 revisions, such that now the 147's interior even feels as if it's a grade ...

2008 Fiat Doblo 1.9 JTD MULTIJET DYNAMIC Review,Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour
For more in depth reviews check my channel: www.youtube.com Filmed by: Tomaž Kožar Jesenice Make some room for the new Doblo. Fiat's practical people carrier is back, and this time it has more space than ever. With longer, wider and taller dimensions, plus updated styling, the new Doblo has rivals like the Skoda Roomster and Citroen Berlingo firmly in its sights. The Doblo still looks boxy, and its unique appearance will still split opinion, but Fiat has made a good attempt at making it that much easier to love. The front end now looks more up-to-date and the overall outline is softer and easier on the eye compared to the previous version. Inside, the cabin has been given a dramatic makeover too. The spacious design means the Doblo is a relaxing place to be and with lots of headroom and plenty of space for five passengers, the Doblo is ideal for big families. For an extra £800, Fiat can also fit two extra seats in the rear. But if you want to stick with the more standard five seat set-up, the Doblo has a class-leading 790-litres of boot space and the parcel shelf is extremely sturdy, with the capability of supporting up to 70kg. The engine line-up has been updated too, with three new options available made up of a 1.4-litre petrol, and 1.6 and 2.0-litre MultiJet diesels. Fiat expects the 1.6 diesel to be its biggest seller and this is the version that we tested. Delivering 105bhp and 290Nm of torque the Doblo feels surprisingly quick despite its passive 0-62mph time, and ...

AlfaRomeo Crosswagon 1.9 JTD M-Jet Distinctive Full Review,Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour
It seems no model range is complete these days without a 'crossover' variant - a car that combines the traits of two different market sectors in order to broaden its appeal. This so-called 'soft-roader' concept isn't new. Audi and Volvo have been doing it for years, but it may be a shock to find sporting marque Alfa Romeo joining the fray with the 156 Crosswagon Q4. The model is only available with a torquey diesel engine, too - so it's clear it marks a dramatic change of direction for the Italian firm. The transmission of the Q4 is all-new, and features the latest technology. Instead of using the 'occasional' Haldex system seen on cars such as Volvo's XC70, Alfa insisted that the Q4 used full-time four-wheel-drive. With a series of clever differentials to split the power between front and rear axles, the Q4 is more driver-focused than its Swedish rival, and pushes most of its 150bhp to the rear wheels. It also promises to be more capable off-road too, thanks to the new 'VDC' Vehicle Dynamic Control feature. The system is controlled by the engine's electronic brain, and allows individual braking on each wheel. As well as boosting security on the road, this means power isn't spun away when one of the 17-inch wheels is dangling in the air - a common oc-currence when off-roading. On our challenging test course the ABS-backed system worked overtime, yet no situation seemed to overwhelm it. To match the off-road ability of the transmission, the Crosswagon also gets beefier ...
