We visited a Catholic Parish in a rural area of Kenya where this group of women -- all HIV positive come together to support each other. 92% of women in rural areas that are HIV positive, have been infected by their husbands. In these rural areas ARV's are rarely available and very costly for women to obtain (transportation is a huge issue).
