You may ask "why so fast?" and "is it safe?"
Prefabricated modular buildings have many advantages:

More coordinated on-site construction management.
Shorter construction time span.
Lower construction waste.

Building a House is Easy
This is a completely new build we did for a woman whose house was in such poor condition it left us with little other options but to deconstruct her old house and rebuild her a brand new one. The project took us 7 days of carpentry work, with 4 days of foundation digging and pouring prior to the footage shown here for a total of 11 days of work after the old house was fully deconstructed.
All 3 Home Repair crews that serve McCreary, Clay, Owsley, Rockcastle, and Jackson Counties were involved in this project. Nothing could have been done without the generous support of our donors, if you'd like to help make projects like this possible, whether through Donations, or to Volunteer and be more intimately involved in making things like this happen, visit our website at http://www.christianapp.org/

What can you accomplish in 360 hours?
The Chinese sustainable building company, Broad Group, has yet attempted another impossible feat, building a 30-story tall hotel prototype in 360 hours, after building a 15-story building in a week earlier in 2011.
You may ask why in a hurry, and is it safe? The statistics in the video can put you in good faith. Prefabricated modular buildings has many advantages over conventional buildings.
Higher precision in fabrication (+/- 0.2mm).
More coordinated on-site construction management.
Shorter construction time span.
Lower construction waste.
Also many other health and energy features are included in Broad Sustainable Buildings (BSB)
The building was built over last Christmas time and finished before New Years Eve of 2012.

Hey guys,
I have my boy Terry Crews with me and today we're going to show you how Terry got so damn big.
So watch this video and find out as Terry reveals his 3 top muscle building tips. If your goal is to build huge arms, then you definitely don't want to miss this.
Bonus: Find out Terry's all time favorite exercise to build huge guns.
0:44 Terry Crew's 3 best muscle building tips:
1. Have a good workout habit: Don't be lazy and stay consistent with your training. If you don't workout, you will not grow.
2. Eat right: Eating right will help you build muscle by aiding with recovery and providing the nutrients needed for muscle growth. Also you have to stay on a strict eating system to keep lean so that your muscles will show all ear round.
3. Prevent injuries: Remember to always use proper form when lifting. If you get hurt, you'll limit your training, which will equal muscle loss.
Wow, I hope that helped you as much as it had helped me.
And if you want to know how Terry Crews and other celebrities build ripped muscle fast, check out this video.

I also show you one crazy muscle building trick that my celebrity friends and I personally use to prepare for movie roles and photo shoots -- and which dozens of my clients have used to build ripped muscle as well.
If you're tired of being skinny -- and you want to FINALLY get a ripped, muscular body -- you need to see this:

16 year old builds tiny home to guarantee mortgage-free future
Austin Hay is still in high school, but he's building his own house. It's only 130 square feet, but it makes him a homeowner without a mortgage at just 16 years old. Right now, it's parked in his parents' backyard, but he's built it on wheels so he plans to take it to college and then wherever he goes after he graduates.
He's been sleeping in his tiny home for a few months now and he's already decided not to return to big (his parents' home is 1800 square feet). "Living small means less bills, living big means more bills," he explained from the tiny stoop of his new home. "I don't want to pay big bills".
Hay's 130-square-foot home may make him the youngest member of the growing Small House Movement.
Hay expects to spend about $12,000 building his home (the used trailer cost him $2000) and he's paying for it working two summer jobs (at a camp and at a park snack bar). He's cut his costs in half (the home's estimated DIY price is $23,000) though this is a considerable discount from the home's estimated price of $23,000 because Hay has scavenged everything from doors, windows and flooring to the kitchen sink (the hardwood floors were $25 at a salvage yard and so was the stainless steel sink).

Behind the Magic: Building a Digital New York for "The Avengers"
Although roughly a third of "The Avengers" is set in New York City precious little was actually filmed there. ILM crew members photographed 7-miles of city streets from a variety of heights and at different times of day totaling 250,000 images. The crew then digitally recreated roughly 20 square blocks of mid-town Manhattan using a variety of techniques. Live action shoots were held primarily on sound stages in New Mexico and in the streets of Cleveland.

Release The Draguar! Building a Blown Jaguar Rat Rod - Roadkill Episode 7
On this episode of Roadkill, Freiburger and Finnegan do unspeakable things to a '74 Jaguar XJ12, one of about 4,700 made. Namely, they cut a giant hole in the hood and install a Weiand 6-71 supercharger and twin Holley carburetors on the 350ci Chevy V8 that was already installed in the car when it was purchased for $1,000. But things can never be easy, so the supercharger installation is staged in the parking lot of Gotelli Speed Shop in South San Francisco. Then the duo hits the road, making their way to Sacramento Raceway, where they can finally unleash "The Draguar" at the strip.

Level 9 Earthquake Resistance: diagonal bracing structure, light weight,
steel construction, passed level 9 earthquake resistance testing
6x Less Material: even though the construction materials are much
lighter(250kg/m2) than the traditional materials(over 1500kg/m2), the floors
and walls are solid with surefootedness, airtight and sound-proofing
5x Energy Efficient: 150mm thermal insulation for walls and roofs, triple
glazed plastic windows, external solar shading, heat insulation, fresh
air heat recovery, LED lighting, yearly HAVC A/C energy consumption
equivalent to 7 liters oil.
20x Purification: after 3 levels of purification, the purification efficiency
for fresh air reaches 95%-99.9%; air exchanged 1-2.5 times per hour, and
indoor air is 20x cleaner than out door air
1% Construction Waste: all components are factory made, construction
waste, mainly package materials, result from on site set-up only and
amount to 1% of the total weight of the building.
This is the first building in human history which combines almost all
environmental friendly, comfortable and secure elements. So, we call it:

Build A Rocket Stove, Step-By-Step
Build a Rocket Stove Step-by-Step. Building a rocket stove is quick and easy. You will need one #10 can and four small cans (soup, corn, beans, etc.). Seeing how to build a rocket stove is much easier then explaining the process in writing. I recommend watching the video and commenting if you have any questions. This is a great alternative heat source and cooking option for camping, emergency preparedness and to cook your food storage on. If you can cook it on a stove you can cook it on a rocket stove.

1. How Buildings Learn - Stewart Brand - 1 of 6 - "Flow"
This six-part, three-hour, BBC TV series aired in 1997. I presented and co-wrote the series; it was directed by James Muncie, with music by Brian Eno.
The series was based on my 1994 book, HOW BUILDINGS LEARN: What Happens After They're Built. The book is still selling well and is used as a text in some college courses. Most of the 27 reviews on Amazon treat it as a book about system and software design, which tells me that architects are not as alert as computer people. But I knew that; that's part of why I wrote the book.
Anybody is welcome to use anything from this series in any way they like. Please don't bug me with requests for permission. Hack away. Do credit the BBC, who put considerable time and talent into the project.
Historic note: this was one of the first television productions made entirely in digital--- shot digital, edited digital. The project wound up with not enough money, so digital was the workaround. The camera was so small that we seldom had to ask permission to shoot; everybody thought we were tourists. No film or sound crew. Everything technical on site was done by editors, writers, directors. That's why the sound is a little sketchy, but there's also some direct perception in the filming that is unusual.
