I'm going to show you the five most common mistakes guys make with their diet when trying to build muscle that prevent them from EVER gaining size. I also show you how to avoid each mistake, and what to do instead so that you get the strong, muscular body you want. Here's the breakdown of mistakes for muscle gain. **1. Not eating enough calories: If you're not gaining weight, it's probably because you're not eating enough. Remember weight training only promotes muscle growth and its the calories that actual puts muscles on the body. **2. Not eating enough Carbs: Most of people afraid of carbs because of all the fitness fad diets out there claiming that carbs are the #1 cause of fat gain. Not only is this not true, but carbs is actually one of the most important part of muscle growth. **3 Not pre-cooking your meals in advance. Pre-cooking meals is the key to eating healthy and for muscle growth. For building muscle, we need to eat every two hours or so and without prepared meals... you'll never have time and the patience to set up the meal at those specific time. **4 Eating crazy amounts of protein: Your body could only absorb a certain amount of protein, about 1 gram per pound a day. From a looks perspective it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1160 hp... at the rear wheels. It epitomizes the term "sleeper", and is lethal to just about every other road going vehicle it comes in contact with. Big Muscle recently visited Northern Chicago to get a sample of this beast, and holy crap was it one of the best automotive experiences we've ever had.

Get Stronger To Get Your "Muscle Up" Routine!
This is a routine to work towards your first muscle up. These are exercises that mimic movements you will go through while performing the actual muscle up. Through 3 sets of the until circuit with as much as rest as you need to perform the exercises perfectly. Do not rush through it, you want to make sure you concentrate on the exercises to build up the proper strength. 1) 5 Reps Of Negative Muscle Ups With A 5 Count Down Get on top of the bar however you can (climb, boost, jump.) Preferably a shorter then average bar. Once your at the top of the bar have you arms locked out. With arms locked out slowly count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 as you are counting down you are returning to the start position. From dipping down to the pull up position. Then repeat. 2) 10 High Pull Ups The same as regular pull ups but you want to get as high as you can. Aim to touch the pull up bar with your chest. Don't worry if you can't do ten like this do as many as you can then finish with regular pull ups 3) 10 Straight Bar Dips Similar to the negative muscle up, get to the top of the pull up bar. Next dip down towards the upper part of your stomach, then back up. 4) 10 Explosive Knee Raises Explosive knee raises are different then regular knee raises. For instance instead of coming up slowly, you will come up faster aiming to bring your knees to your chest. This mimics the motion your legs do when first doing muscle ups 5) 10 Clap Push Ups At the top of the push up clap your hands. This works the ...

Cult Australian fashion label ksubi, toast the long awaited return of their coloured denim range, with a short film directed by Australian director Daniel Askill. kolors is a fume-fuelled, slow-motion battle between three colour-clad models and a trio of ‘80s muscle cars.
With the ksubi team securing the very last sets of limited edition coloured tyres by Kumho available in Australia they then enlisted Askill and his team at Collider to fuse the vivid smoke with the spectral denim range. Models Bambi Northwood-Blythe, Cisco Gorrow and Heidi Harrington-Johnson act as modern-day matadors to the rumbling Ford's that attempts to hunt them down while the girls soar above the cars to an operatic soundtrack.
Shot next to Sydney’s Kingsford Smith International Airport in barren industrial wasteland that car fanatics converge on after dark and with a Phantom camera, Askill captures each and every denim movement and smoke billow at 1500 frames per second.

This project was a collaborative effort that spanned countries & time zones with several artists working long hours to finally put this piece out. The passage comes from an Old Testament prophecy, taken from Ezekiel 37. Not only is the text extremely descriptive and visual, lending itself to beautiful imagery, but show that where there is death and exile, hope and life can be found.
Dry Bones would not have been possible without the extremely talented artists with loads of patience, who I had the privilege of working with.

We shot the piece entirely on the 7d and post work was done in c4d and Nuke. The project started in April with boards & CG dev, we shot in early June outside of Las Vegas, and spent June through October refining the CG as well as the composite, sound design, and color.
Dry Bones started off as a personal project of mine, but had it not been for Adam Devizia & the A/G picking up DB and funding a significant portion of it, it's possible the project would have not taken flight.

This is a routine to work towards your first muscle up. This is a continuation of this routine is youtu.be This is the most advanced version so please watch that one and read the video description first before proceeding to watch this one. Okay the changes you will see to this routine will be during the negative muscle up the time has changed to 10 seconds now. Please make sure to really focus on the transition from dip to pull up and slow that down as much as possible. Next will be 10 clap pull ups. Pull all the way up then release your hands for a quick clap then re catch the bar. If you can't do ten clap pull ups then do as many as you can then finish with regular pull ups until you reach ten reps. Next will be 15 straight bar dips. Next 15 explosive knee raises. Then 15 clap push ups. Then here we will do 10 head bangers.
