Blue Man Group

The Blue Man Group is an entertainment company, of the performance art type, formed in 1991. It is best known for its creative stage productions around the world.

Blue Man Group currently has ongoing theatrical productions in Las Vegas, Orlando, Boston, Chicago, New York City and Berlin, along with a North/South American Tour. Along with the theatre show, Blue Man Group has toured the globe with their “Megastar World Tour”, a rock concert parody, appeared on the Norwegian Cruise Line ship The Epic, released five albums, contributed to a number of film scores, performed with orchestras around the US, and appeared in advertising campaigns for prominent brands.

Blue Man Group grew out of a collaboration between three close friends, Chris Wink, Matt Goldman and Phil Stanton, on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The Blue Man character emerged from small “disturbances” on the streets of the city, growing into small shows at downtown clubs, eventually becoming a full performance at the Astor Place Theatre. The award-winning show caught the attention of US media.

Blue Man Group Sharp Aquos Theatre

Blue Man Group Theatre (also known as Blue Man Group at Universal Orlando, or simply Blue Man Group) is an attraction located at Universal Orlando Resort. The attraction, featuring a unique Blue Man Group performance, opened June 6, 2007 in the former Nickelodeon Studios building, that is now part of Universal CityWalk Orlando. Along with Blue Man Group, the remainder of the former Nickelodeon Studios building is currently occupied by FSN Florida and Sun Sports for their television production needs, and to train sporting events for the Nickelodeon show My Family's Got Guts (September 15, 2008-October 10, 2009).

Since it opened in 2007, the Sharp Aquos Theatre has been a new permanent home for Blue Man Group. The original show features some of the same humor and routines from the other Blue Man shows in the United States, as well as new routines and components not seen in any other show. The setlist ended with a remix finale of "Last Train To Transcentral". In 2012, Blue Man Group introduced a new show as part of Universal's "Year to Be Here" campaign. The new show features new bits, including the "GiPads," "Rods and Cones," a new introduction, and the new "Zygote Finale," featuring Blue Man's Booty Shaker song, all mixed in with classic Blue Man Group comedy from the previous show. Each show lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I Feel Love

"I Feel Love" is a song by American singer-songwriter Donna Summer from her fifth studio album I Remember Yesterday (1977). It reached number six on the US Billboard Hot 100. Giorgio Moroder, the song's producer, was an early adaptor of electronic sequencers, teutonic melody and four-four beats. The song became popular in High Energy and gay discos, while earlier disco hits were based on soft string and assuring female vocals, "I Feel Love" is formed on a hard kick drum and progressive bass lines seminal in the development of modern electronic dance music.

Production

Before "I Feel Love", most disco recordings had been backed by acoustic orchestras although all-electronic music had been produced for decades. Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte's innovative production of this disco-style song, recorded with an entirely synthesized backing track, utilizing a Moog synthesizer, spawned imitators in the disco genre, and was influential in the development of techno. Moroder went to work on the song with Bellotte in his Musicland studio in Munich. "We wanted to conclude with a futuristic song," he said, "and I decided that it had to be done with a synthesizer."

Aishah and The Fan Club

Aishah and The Fan Club, better known as The Fan Club or just Fan Club, were a New Zealand-based singing group in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The group released their first album Sensation in 1988, which spawned three top-20 singles in the New Zealand and Malaysian charts, namely "Sensation", "Paradise" and "Call Me".

Their second album, titled Respect the Beat, also produced three hit singles, including "I Feel Love" and "I Never Gave Up on You", and the band's only single to make the US Billboard Hot 100 Charts - "Don't Let Me Fall Alone". The remixes for this song were among the most played dance tunes in clubs at the time.

The group was formed while Wan Aishah binti Wan Ariffin was in New Zealand studying in the late 1980s. She was spotted by the other members of the group, and asked to join the band. Besides Aishah who sang lead vocals, the other members included Paul Moss on guitar and programming, Dave Larsen on drums, Glenn Peters on bass, Malcolm Smith on keyboards, and Hazri Yutim on second keyboard/synthesiser. Malcolm and Paul were also the main songwriters for the group.

I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)

"I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)" is a single by the Dead Weather from their third studio album, Dodge and Burn. The song was first released on the streaming service Tidal, but was made available to download when pre-ordering the album on August 21. "I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)" and its B-side, "Cop and Go," were released exclusively in physical format through Third Man Records' subscription service, The Vault, as a 7-inch vinyl single in September 2015.

The music video for the "I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)" was nominated for the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Music Video.

Feel Love

"Feel Love" is a song by American singer-songwriter Sean Garrett featuring American rapper, J. Cole. The song was released as the lead single from Garrett's upcoming second studio album on February 4, 2011. The song was originally included on his debut mixtape The Inkwell (2010), however that version featured Canadian rapper Drake instead of Cole.

The music video premiered on February 15, 2011 via Myspace. The video was directed by TAJ Stansberry.
