Ode to Joy, Anthem of the European Union w/ Latin lyrics
Ode to Joy, the Anthem of the European Union based on the final movement of Ludwig van Beethoven's 9th Symphony. Performed by the Vienna Philharmonic in May 1986. Due to the multilingualism of the Union, the original German lyrics are not official. In 2004, Austrian composer Peter Roland proposed the Latin lyrics for the anthem. Latin is a former lingua franca in many European countries. For translations, visit www.hymnus-europae.at

AMAZING ROMANIA - ROMANIA MARE ( Full HD )
Romania is a country located at the intersection of Central and Southeastern Europe, bordering on the Black Sea. Romania shares a border with Hungary and Serbia to the west, Ukraine and Moldova to the northeast and east, and Bulgaria to the south. At 238400 square kilometers (92000 sq mi), Romania is the ninth largest country of the European Union by area, and has the seventh largest population of the European Union with over 19 million people. Its capital and largest city is Bucharest, the tenth largest city in the EU, with a population of around two million. The United Principalities emerged when the principalities of Moldavia and Wallachia were united under Prince Alexander Ioan Cuza in 1859. In 1881, Carol I of Romania was crowned, forming the Kingdom of Romania. Independence from the Ottoman Empire was declared on 9 May 1877, and was internationally recognized the following year. At the end of World War I, Transylvania, Bukovina and Bessarabia united with the Kingdom of Romania. Greater Romania emerged into an era of progression and prosperity that would continue until the eve of World War II. That war caused the rise of a military dictatorship in Romania, leading it to fight on the side of the Axis powers from 1941 to 1944. It then switched sides in 1944 and joined the Allies. By the end of the war, many north-eastern areas of Romania's territories were occupied by the Soviet Union, and Romania forcibly became a socialist republic and a member of the Warsaw Pact ...

Brazil - World Cup 2014 Olympic Games 2016 OFFICIAL
Brazil (pronounced /brəˈzɪl/ ( listen); Portuguese: Brasil, IPA: [bɾaˈziw]), officially the Federative Republic of Brazil (Portuguese: República Federativa do Brasil, listen (help·info)), is the largest country in South America. It is the world's fifth largest country, both by geographical area and by population. It is the only Portuguese-speaking country in the Americas and the largest lusophone country in the world. Bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Brazil has a coastline of over 7491 kilometers (4655 mi). It is bordered on the north by Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and the French overseas department of French Guiana; on the northwest by Colombia; on the west by Bolivia and Peru; on the southwest by Argentina and Paraguay and on the south by Uruguay. Numerous archipelagos form part of Brazilian territory, such as Fernando de Noronha, Rocas Atoll, Saint Peter and Paul Rocks, and Trindade and Martim Vaz. It has borders with all other South American countries apart from Ecuador and Chile. Brazil was a colony of Portugal from the landing of Pedro Álvares Cabral in 1500 until 1815, when it was elevated to United Kingdom with Portugal and Algarves. The colonial bond was in fact broken in 1808, when the capital of the Portuguese Kingdom was transferred from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro, after Napoleon invaded Portugal. The independence from Portugal was achieved in 1822. Initially independent as the Empire of Brazil, the country has been a republic since 1889, although the ...

Wil Campa & Su Gran Union "Song #1" - Salmon Arm's Roots & Blues Festival
Like magic, conga lines appear whenever Wil Campa y Su Gran Union launch into their hot Cuban dance numbers, peppered with salsa, cumbia and son. Influenced by Latin musical styles from the 40's and 70's, Wil Campa is on a mission to keep Cuban music alive by mixing the rhythms of both generations. One of his greatest musical attributes is his uniquely recognizable Cuban vocal techniques and the implementation of sonero singing which provides the rhythm in his improvisations. With a sweet and powerful voice and captivating stage presence, Wil beguiles his audience, prowling the stage with microphone in hand and breaking into dance moves as he invokes an instantaneous reaction from the audience to join in on his call-and-response songs. Born and raised in Pinar del Rio, Cuba, Wilfredo Campa discovered a tremendous love for music at an early age. As a child he would enlist family members and children from the neighborhood to form grand orchestras, with Wil as the leader. His passion for dance and songwriting eventually led to a music degree from the acclaimed Escuela Superacion de Arte Raul Sanchez, a prestigious arts institution in Cuba. Wil was the lead singer of one of Cuba's foremost groups, Maraca, and also performed with Cumbre, an outstanding group of musicians in Pinar del Rio with whom he participated at the 1988 Adolfo Guzman Festival, the most important song festival in Cuba. Wil has shared the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Poncho Sanchez, Natalie Cole, Joe Lovano ...
