Cartier ID Two, new Cartier concept watch
Discover the new Cartier Concept Watch: Cartier ID Two. Cartier revolutionizes mechanical watches with the Cartier ID Two concept watch, a high-efficiency watch equipped with a revolutionary movement which consumes 50% less energy and store 30% more energy than a comparable mechanical movement. This triumph of watchmaking is based on 3 essentials characteristics: 1/ Store maximum energy. This energy is given by twin Duolevel barrels each equiped with two springs composed of fiberglass. This innovative conception allows to store 30% more energy. 2/ Maximize energy transmitted from the barrels to the oscillator. Cartier presents a revolutionary gear train and escapement that transmits 25% more energy than its conventional counterparts. 3/ Minimize consumption of the oscillator. Cartier invents the Airfree™ technology, which enables a vacuum inside the Calibre de Cartier Ceramyst™ case. Evolving without air friction, the oscillator consumes 37% less energy. Thanks to those breakthrough innovations, the Cartier ID Two concept watch, first free-adjustement and free-lubrication high efficiency watch, offers 32 days of power reserve in a standard-sized watch case and show the way for tomorrow's watchmaking.

Henri Cartier-Bresson L'amour tout court Part1
Henri Cartier-Bresson "L'amour tout court" ("Just Plain Love" 2001) Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004) was a French photographer considered to be the father of modern photojournalism, an early adopter of 35 mm format, and the master of candid photography. He helped develop the "street photography" style that has influenced generations of photographers that followed. Trained as a painter, he began his career in photography in 1931 on a trip to the Ivory Coast. He was one of the first photographers to shoot in the 35mm format with a Leica camera, and helped to develop the photojournalistic "street photography" style that influenced generations of photographers to come. It was there on the Côte d'Ivoire that he contracted blackwater fever, which nearly killed him. Returning to France, Cartier-Bresson recuperated in Marseille in 1931 and deepened his relationship with the Surrealists. He became inspired by a photograph by Hungarian photojournalist Martin Munkacsi artneutre.bitacoras.com Cartier-Bresson said: "The only thing which completely was an amazement to me and brought me to photography was the work of Munkacsi. When I saw the photograph of Munkacsi of the black kids running in a wave I couldn't believe such a thing could be caught with the camera. I said damn it, I took my camera and went out into the street." The photograph inspired him to stop painting and to take up photography seriously. He explained, "I suddenly understood that a photograph could fix eternity in an ...

"032" The Canadian Affair
“032” is a dreamy atmospheric journey through a series of suspended events. Music
from, The Good The Bad was commissioned to enhance the erie poetic palette that pivots
around stillness, leaving us curious to past and future.
The short film, uses texture and mood to slip through a rich tapestry of sliced
moments. It portrays the inherent power that an action, slowed almost to stillness, has
to evoke the imagination. Instead of the subjects moving within the shot, the camera
floats through almost perfectly still universes creating a erie yet undisputedly beautiful
world that is caught between past and future. While the shots which vary in tone from
mundane to optimistic to tragic do not offer a distinct resolution, the film ends on hopeful
note.

Amphitrite - underwater goddess
Director Damien Krisl had the creative vision to visualize a deity. Beauty, weightlessness, mystery and art were key aspects of the concept. The objective was to mix the elements of fire and water.
It was intended to create strong contrasts. On one side the deity had to have the beauty, femininity and delicacy of a seahorse and on the other side the strength and evilness of a dragon.
In ancient Greek mythology, Amphitrite was a sea-goddess and wife of Poseidon. Under the influence of the Olympian pantheon, she became merely the consort of Poseidon, and was further diminished by poets to a symbolic representation of the sea. The clip shows the invocation of the goddess.
