The road from Bombay Central Station West to the Tardeo RTO, knows as Sane Guruji Marg, is like an open gutter, with massive encroachments on either side ... This forces pedestrians to walk on the road, which in turn disrupts traffic on the narrow two-way street. At night the road resembles an open sewer as all the hawkers dump their waste in the open.
