"5th Congress of The Bulgarian Communist Party"
Exposing the fomentors of a new world war, Comrade Stalin recently stated what may befall their adventurous policy. Here is how he put it:
"It can end only in an ignominious fiasco of the fomentors of a new war. Churchill, the main inciter of a new war, already managed to lose the confidence of his own people and of all the world democratic forces. Such a fate awaits all warmongers. The memories of the horrors of the last war, are still vivid enough in the minds of the people and the public forces fighting for peace are powerful enough to frustrate the attempts of Churchill's students in aggression to lead them on to a new war.
Fraternal Yugoslavia, with whom the closest brotherly relations and a common and age-old ideal united us -- the establishment of a South Slav federation -- is unfortunately ruled today by men -- Tito and his group -- who betrayed the great doctrine of Marx-Leninism, the pre-condition for mutual confidence between the Communist parties and the basis for their cooperation on the road to socialism. The nationalist policy of the Tito group increasingly alienates Yugoslavia from the USSR and the new democracies, subjects it more and more to the danger of falling into the clutches of greedy imperialism. Our Party watches with anxiety the degeneration of the present Yugoslav Communist Party leaders into an ordinary bourgeois-chauvinist clique, inimical to Communism. But we do not doubt the loyalty of the Yugoslav Communist Party to internationalism and Marx-Leninism and its ability to bring Yugoslavia back again into the fold of the USSR and the people's democracies.
V. South Slav Federation & The Macedonian Question
The treachery of Tito's group towards the USSR and the united democratic anti-imperialist camp, its anti-Marxist and nationalistic course, condemned by the Informburo, by all Communist parties and all genuine democratic organizations, found expression in its attitude toward the federation of the Southern Slavs and the Macedonian question.
With the overthrow of the Fascist dictatorship in Bulgaria on September 9th 1944, and the establishment in Bulgaria and Yugoslavia of a people's democratic regime under the leaders of the Communist parties, most propitious conditions were created for a consistent and democratic settlement of all outstanding issues between the two countries, including the Macedonian question.
Under the newly created domestic and international conditions, the vital interests of the Bulgarian and Yugoslav peoples made it imperative that both nations seek the closest rapprochement which would quickly lead to their economic and political unification -- to the establishment of a federation of South Slavs. Such a federation, resting firmly on friendship with the USSR and fraternal collaboration with the other new democracies, could have successfully defended the freedom and independence of its peoples and ensured their proper development toward socialism. Within the framework of such a federation would have been solved correctly, all the old unsolved problems legated by the bourgeois-monarchic regimes regarding the unification of the Macedonians from the Pirin district with the People's Republic of Macedonia, as well as the return to Bulgaria of the purely Bulgarian Western Border Region which the Yugoslavia of King Alexander had grabbed after World War I.
Our Party firmly chose that course, relying on the word of the Yugoslav Communists to whom we were tied by common work and association covering a period of many years. This is the present stand of our Party. But the nationalist leaders of Yugoslavia went off this only correct path. After the two Governments had agreed on a series of measures regarding the forthcoming establishment of the federation, the Central Committee of the Yugoslav Communist Party informed our Party in March 1948 that it had changed its mind on that question, that one should not rush the federation, and refused to discuss the matter any further. At the same time, the Yugoslav leaders set as the central task the transformation of the Pirin district into an autonomous region with a view to its inclusion in Yugoslavia, independently of the existing understanding on the creation of a federation.

The House of the Bulgarian Communist Party is the largest monument in Bulgaria. It is located on mount Buzludzha (1441 m) in the Balkan Mountain. It was erected for the 90th anniversary of the Buzludzha congress, where the Bulgarian Social-Democratic Workers' Party, the predecessor of the Bulgarian Communist Party, was founded. 16 million leva were collected as both voluntary and obligatory donations for the construction of the monument. Eventually, 14 186 000 leva were spent (approximately $ 13 500 000 of those days). The rest was spent on the construction of three kindergartens. It took military construction units almost seven years to complete the monument. Altogether more than 6000 workers and experts took part in the construction work. More than 20 leading Bulgarian artists, worked for 18 months in order to complete the interior decoration. Verses of "The International" and "The Worker's March" were inscribed on the entrance of of the meorial. The interior used to be partly covered in marble. The staircases were decorated with red cathedral glass. In the 15 meter-high main hall of the memorial a 500 sq.m. fresco present portraits of Marx, Engels, Lenin and the Bulgarian communist leader Todor Zhivkov. The dome of the structure was covered with thirty tones of cooper. Two 12m stars of ruby glass was built-in on the top of the 70m high pylon of the monument that symbolizes a waving communist flag. Buzludzha stars were made in the Soviet union, and they were three times bigger than those in Kremlin. The monument was inaugurated by Todor Zhivkov, himself. In a hole left deliberately in the building's walls, he laid a glass bottle that contained a message to the future generations, explaining the historical significance of Buzludzha. On 10th of November 1989 Zhivkov stepped down after 35 years in power. Immediately afterwards, Politburo ordered the removal of his portrait from the memorial. In 1991 the monument, which still belonged to the ex-communist party, was ceded to the state and was abandoned, looted and left to self-destruction.

This is a Bulgarian movie that deals with a taboo topic in todays Bulgaria - the "Revival Process" ("Vazroditelen Protzes" in Bulgarian) in the late 1980s in contemporary Bulgaria. The movie was screened in Bulgarian cinemas, but due to an outcry from Bulgaria's political establishment the movie is effectively banned in Bulgaria.
The "Revival Process" was a Bulgarian government policy whereby the Bulgarian authorities took their official assimilationist policy to extremes. The Bulgarian Government followed the example of the Greek authorities who forced members of the Macedonian minority to assume Greek names and surnames since the 1920s. We see scenes in the movie where members of the Turkish minority in Bulgaria are made to choose Bulgarian names not just for themselves but for their dead parents as well. Turks that were not prepared to accept Bulgaria's assimilationist policy were deported en masse from Bulgaria. A total of over 300 000 Bulgarian Turks were expelled to Turkey for the simple crime that they were not ethnic Bulgarians.
This version of the movie has English subtitles.
Below is a review from imdb:
At the Beginning of 1980 the Bulgarian Communist Party begins to rigorously pursue a policy of ethnic cleansing on the Turkish minority. It is the first Bulgarian feature film to deal with this dark chapter in the country's history. The mass expulsion of a minority which took place in a European country in 1989 remains largely unknown up until today. To ensure that this no longer remains the case and that now audiences can look upon history in the face is the merit of Radoslav Spassov, whose movie is now banned in Bulgaria. Two outstanding lead actors contribute to the success of the film. It received a Special mention from the IFFS (International Federation of Film Societies) jury on the 15th FilmFestival in Cottbus/ Germany -- Festival of East European Cinema in November 2005.

The Buzludzha Monument on the peak was built by the Bulgarian communist regime to commemorate the events in 1891 when socialists assembled secretly in the area to form an organised socialist movement. It was opened in 1981. No longer maintained by the Bulgarian government, it has fallen into disuse. the monument is abandoned, vandalised, and devastated.

Bulgarian Ludacris Cover
Like most European countries the history of Bulgaria has got something of a complicated past. The tourist board in Bulgaria proudly calls it Europe's oldest civilization.
Bulgaria certainly experienced very early colonization and, without making this a long history lesson, it was influenced by the Greeks, Romans, Bulgars of central Asia, Slovak locals, and the Ottoman Empire who invaded and occupied it. Bulgaria fought on the losing side of World War I, which was repeated during World War II and ended with the Soviet Union influence in 1946.
From this period onward, Bulgaria had become a satellite of the Soviet Union, remaining so throughout the Cold War period. Todor Zhivkov, the head of the Bulgarian Communist Party, ruled the country for much of its time under communism. During his 27 years as leader of Bulgaria, democratic opposition was crushed, agriculture and industry were nationalized, and the Bulgarian Orthodox Church fell under the control of the state.
NATO
As Bulgaria emerged from the pain of communism, it experienced a period of social and economic unrest that culminated in a severe economic and financial crisis during late 1996 to early 1997. With the help of the international community, a number of reforms were initiated that helped stabilize the country's economy and put the history of Bulgaria on the Euro-Atlantic path.
Bulgaria officially became a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on March 29, 2004 and gained full membership into the European Union on January 1, 2007. It's been a democratic country for more than 15 years, and long gone are the iron curtains that hid this fascinating country from the rest of the world.

Another blatant incompetent and arrogant expression of a Communist mistress. All beautiful and timeless songs then received since it was part of the criminal communist system which provides assurance to the authors that their songs will easily pass through the communist censors, against freedom of thought and realization of the western system,( outstanding representative of this communist censorship is "Don Quixote" of unscrupulous communist Bogomil Rainov reptiles, promoters of the criminal system and the mass culture of perverse Bulgarian communism).

The St Nedelya Church assault was an attack upon St. Nedelya Church in Bulgaria. It was carried out on 16 April 1925, when a group of the Bulgarian Communist Party (BCP) blew up the roof of the St Nedelya Church in the capital Sofia. This occurred during the funeral service of General Konstantin Georgiev, who had been killed in a previous Communist assault on 14 April. 150 people, mainly from the country's political and military elite, were killed in the attack and around 500 were injured.

HOW WAS CREATED THE FAKE BULGARIA?
Russian-Bulgarian project for creation of The Great Bulgaria from 1870, which failed and never been achieved, except in the minds of some brain-washed Bulgarian historians and politicians.
Officially, with disclosure of that document 11 March 1870 was formed the Bulgarian Exarchate, which under its jurisdiction were included Diocese of Veles (Macedonia) and two Serbian Diocese of Nish and Pirot.
What has preceded to this:
After the Russian victory in the war with the Ottoman Empire, Russia has acceded to operationalization of its war-acquired privileges and rights.
By signing "The San-Stefano" treaty, an agreement by which the Russian-Turkish War was ended and officially was adopted the project of formation of "The Great Bulgaria", which was stretching from the Black Sea in the East to City of Ochrid, Mountain of Gramos and Kastoria Lake in the west, then from the Danube River in the North to the Aegean Sea in the South. This project was never realized at all. On the Berlin Congress in 1878, the great powers of Europe made a correction of that big mistake and did not allow the realization of this plan, which much later became a major obsession in Bulgarians and their never realized dream.
Always, the expansive Bulgarian policy was based on illegally San-Stefano treaty. Lt's see the facts about this: that after the Ilinden Uprising 1903, in 1904 Bulgaria has signed a secret agreement with Serbia for the partition of Macedonia without precise definition of spheres of interest. By signing this was crowned the Alliance, which was formed between two countries, on 13 March 1912 with undercover amendment for the division of Macedonia.
In the same year with the Alliance participate in a war with Turkey, making available all of its resources for the war needs.
The war was ended shortly, but Bulgaria was unhappy by the division of Macedonian territory and shortly thereafter, in 1913 began a new war, this time against its ally, Serbia and Greece. Bulgaria has suffered a catastrophic defeat, which resulted by seizing a part of the new occupied territories by its former ally, Serbia, Greece and Romania.
Bulgaria in its 150 year long history has always been on the wrong side, on the defeated side and on side of vanity. By entering in WWI on the side of Central Powers wherein occupy and annex part of Vardar Macedonia and eastern Serbia, declaring unification of Bulgaria and the realization of their dreams, never ever before achieved, for the last 50 years of its existing.
Upon the ending of WWI, Bulgaria was defeated, and with Versailles peace treaty (1919) deprived her part of the territory that belonged to her by Bucharest Treaty in the vicinity of Strumitza and so called "western provinces" or Historical part of The Eastern Serbia.
In The WWII, Bulgaria was again on the wrong side, on the defeated side, and on the side of dark forces of the evil, on the side of the fascism. During WWII The greater part of Vardar and Aegean part of Macedonia again were occupied and annexed by Bulgarian fascist quisling's army.
After 9 March's coup, when the Communists ruled the government and the state, i.e. the Bulgarian Communist Party has governance the country, again as before under the strong influence of Russia, but now by Bolshevik Russia.
Communist rule in Bulgaria, leaving the expansive monarchist policies toward Macedonia, and supports the formation of the Democratic Republic of Macedonia on the Vardar part of Macedonia, adopting the Declaration of recognizes the existence of the Macedonian people and language, culture, tradition and history. Part of the Macedonian people who lived on its territory in Pirin parts of Macedonia, which remained in Bulgaria has gained a cultural autonomy.
After killing of the president of Bulgarian Georgi Dimotrov by Stalin in 1948, Bulgaria Communist Government bringing back on the Bulgarian political scene the expansion of the old policies and have eliminate any gained rights to the Macedonian people in Pirin part of Macedonia.
And after the fall of the communist political system in Bulgaria in 1989, the new so-called Democratic system in Bulgaria, still, even more fiercely advocated the expansion policy towards Macedonia, the proof of that is that the Bulgarian Parliament adopted a date of March 3, as a Bulgarian Day. This is not all, the New/Old doctrine was adopted in Bulgaria 1997 / 98, which Macedonian people, inside and outside of the borders of Bulgaria's has been presented as Bulgarian, as Bulgarian population, and the Bulgarian authorities before and after join into the European Union, continues to negate existence of Macedonian nation, language, culture and history in Pirin part of Macedonia.
