Babur Cruise Missile Pakistan
Babur (Tiger) is Pakistan's indigenously made cruise missile. It is steered by an inertial navigation system (INS). INS measures every movement of the missile and every change of speed, constantly calculating the missile's position. It is equipped with precision guidance system that allows the missile to hit small targets. It has been powered by cruise turbo-fan engine which enables the missile to reach approximate speed of 880 km/h (550 miles/h). Babur design features can be compared with American BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missile.

Babur in London Trailer
The Opera Group's production of Babur in London tours the UK from June to July.
Babur in London tells a haunting story of four young people in today's society grappling with their beliefs, the consequences of their actions, and their feelings for each other.
In a London suburb, four young men and women are preparing a terrorist act. As their mission draws closer they are disturbed by the ghost of Babur, first Mughal Emperor -poet and warrior. Challenging their convictions, he calls them 'children playing in battle, in love with death', but what are his motives for interfering?

Kabul Babur Tomb
Babur Gardens, Kabul, Afghanistan (locally called Bagh-e-Babur) is the last resting place of Zahir-ud-Din Babur, founder of great Mogul Dynasty which ruled India from 1526 to 1857 AD. This garden was constructed around 1528 on the orders of Babur himself. Babur decreed that he should be buried in this garden after his death. Babur died in 1530 and was buried in Agra, India but his will was implemented in 1544 when his remains were brought here in Kabul and buried in this garden. The garden and the tomb of Babur were later improved when Emperor Jahangir visited Kabul in 1607 AD and Emperor Shah Jahan visited the garden in 1638. Shah Jahan got a beautiful small marble mosque built near the tomb. Bagh-e Babur fell into disrepair during the decline of the Mughal Empire, and its structures were badly damaged in the 1842 earthquake. Amir Abdur Rahman Khan, King of Afghanistan then paid attention to the restoration of the historical garden and invested in the garden in the late nineteenth century and refashioned it in a European manner. Bagh-e Babur became a public park during the reign of Muhammad Nadir Shah (1929-1933). The garden was badly damaged during inter-factional fighting (Talban regime) in 1992/3, when most of the trees died or were cut down for firewood. The garden was re-opened to the public in 2002, at the beginning of restoration works implemented by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture. The present garden has an area of 16 Acres and extends over fifteen orchard ...

FOOTSTEPS OF BABUR-Rahul Sharma-Homayun Sakhi-Salar Nader
This track is a first time collaboration between Afghan Rubab and the Santoor. I am very close friends with both Rahul bhai and Homayun khan inside and outside of our musical ties. We had a great time at Star Wars studio's and it was an absolute pleasure and honor to record the entire album at George Lucas Ranch. We are all looking forward to performing live as a trio. . . . stay tuned! "In the month of Ramadan of the year 899 [June 1494] and in the twelfth year of my age, I became ruler in the country of Ferghana." Thus begins the remarkable autobiography of Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur, whose journey of conquest through Afghanistan and Hindustan—the northern part of the Indian Subcontinent—laid the foundation of the Mughal Empire. In a modern day encore of the Mughal artistic synthesis, five cosmopolitan-minded musicians from Central Asia, Afghanistan, Northern India, were brought together by the Aga Khan Music Initiative with the aim of merging their musical instruments and traditions to create new sounds. 9 Tracks, 63 Minutes, 44-page Booklet; DVD contains series introduction, 22-minute film, interactive glossary, and map. The Music of Central Asia Series is a co-production of the Aga Khan Music Initiative and Smithsonian Folkways Recordings. The aim of the series is to present leading exponents of Central Asia's rich and diverse musical heritage to listeners outside the region.
