CONTENTS: 0:00:23 Southampton, England - I sail away on the Sea Princess for my 28 day Mediterranean & Transatlantic Cruise. 0:13:59 North Atlantic Ocean - Two days at sea as we make our way to the Med. Captain Dino Sagani welcomes us aboard at the Captain's Welcome Reception. 0:21:39 Cadiz & Seville, Spain - After docking in Cadiz I venture to Seville for the day. After seeing the sights of Seville I return to Cadiz and sail away. 0:46:06 Barcelona, Spain - Beautiful views of the sunrise as we dock in Barcelona. I then ventured to Monserrat, a beautiful monastery perched high in the mountains of Catalonia, Spain. After returning from Monserrat I had time for a quick walk down Barcelona's La Rambla before sailing away. 1:18:36 Monte Carlo - St. Nicholas' Cathedral, The Prince's Palace and the Grand Casino were some of the sites I visited on this bright and sunny day. We enjoyed a fireworks display from the harbour before sailing away. 1:47:31 Florence, Italy - Santa Croce Basilica, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo were some of the site I saw on my morning in Florence. 2:03:22 Pisa, Italy - The sun continued to shine during my afternoon at the Field of Miracles where enjoyed the Cathedral and the famous Leaning Tower. 2:08:09 Livorno, Italy - Our late afternoon sail away. 2:16:09 Rome, Italy - The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Vatican where the highlights of my day in Rome. 2:30:57 ...

This is a really fresh and flavourful dish that's very easy to prepare and which is well liked by children because of the tuna and the fun little mozzarella balls. Let's see what we'll ingredients we'll need to make it. • 9 oz of cherry tomatoes • 1 cup of tinned tuna • 7 oz of small mozzarella -- or cubed mozzarella • Salt, pepper • Extra virgin olive oil as needed • 2 and ¾ cupsof bow-tie pasta or whatever shape you like for pasta sala • 1/3 cup of pitted black olives • 20 basil leaves Let's make our Mediterranean pasta salad. The first thing to do is to cook the pasta. Put a pot of water to boil, salt it well, and then add the pasta. Bring the water back to the boil and then drain the pasta while it's still quite al dente. When it's drained rinse it with cold water to stop the pasta from cooking more. While the pasta is cooking cut the olives into slices and the tomatoes into little pieces. Eighths is a good size. In this bowl, I've put the oil in which the tuna was packed. Now add the cut tomatoes, a little salt, pepper, or if you'd like, a bit of chilli, and then the basil torn up into pieces. Mix everything until the flavours have melded. I've ...

2011, who to my knowledge shot these pictures at an altitude of around 350 km.
All credit goes to them.
HD, refurbished, smoothed, retimed, denoised, deflickered, cut, etc.
All in all I tried to keep the looks of the material as original as possible,
avoided adjusting the colors and the like, since in my opinion the original
footage itself already has an almost surreal and aestethical visual nature.

In this first chapter, Jacky, Valeria, Carlota & Gador welcome Maitane, who's coming from the Basque Country; Marisa coming from Miami and Amanda from Massachusetts. Together, they start their journey traveling 600 km in the van in order to get to Cabo de Gata Natural Area, in Almería. They spend three days over there, enjoying unique volcanic-origin landscapes, the deep blue sea breaking against the winding coastline, August relentless sun and secondary roads that leads to small towns and coves in the Mediterranean coast.
[7 female riders, 1 van, 15 days, 4.300km, 416 GB of raw material… culminating in one video, divided into four chapters. The film documents the adventure of the trip, portraying the girls, their lifestyle and their passion for longboard.]

En este primer capítulo Jacky, Valeria, Carlota y Gador reciben en Madrid a Maitane, que viene del País Vasco, a Marisa, de Miami y a Amanda, de Massachusetts. This Isreal
A road trip straight through Israel. Had no idea what the complexities and diversity of the cultures were, but I got deeper and deeper, seeing all walks of life living together in this amazing land. The conglomerate of things happening in that tiny, but EPIC country (it's smaller than New Jersey!) packed a punch like a bustling beehive. I was overwhelmed and totally let Israel envelope me. I bonded with every flavor of person there... they were all Israeli. They were all beautiful people. (By the way, the title isn't spelled wrong, lol...read it again ;)
