Chita Rivera, Paula Kelly & Shirley Maclaine
3 women in the explosive There's Gotta Be Something Better Than This rooftop dance from Sweet Charity. All of the Fosse trademarks are here: the tiny movements, the athletic ending, the trend-setting camera-work, and of course the performers: Rivera's ferocious attack, Kelly (incidentally, the first black woman to show it all in playboy) and her incredible legs, and Maclaine's pixie-like joy

Liza Minnelli, Chita Rivera, Kander & Ebb: 1984 Tony Awards
At the 1984 Tony Awards, Liza Minnelli and Chita Rivera performed songs from the Broadway shows of John Kander and Fred Ebb. In this segment, the two dynamic performers re-create moments from classic Broadway shows including "Chicago," "Cabaret," "Zorba," and "The Rink". A memorable pairing occurs when the original Roxie and Velma perform "Nowadays" as Gwen Verdon surprises everyone in the audience. These two women show their tremendous talent - both of them (as of this posting) still going strong on Broadway 28 years later! (One piece of trivia: When the roller skaters come on - the second from the right is "Seinfeld" actor Jason Alexander in his first Broadway role.)
