Kodagain: The Life of Polycrates and Other Stories for Antiquated Children by Brendan Connell
Does the voyeur ever get involved? This is a problem for the artist to solve. Is the voyeur, then, above it all? Not at all, unless In the same way God is above it all Because he loves it all Watching the beautiful murder he made undress. To create is to confess... Oh, The Life of Polycrates And other stories Written by Brendan Connell For the antiquated children The orgy of history supplies the moral. Does the voyeur ever get involved? This is a problem for the artist to solve. Polycrates, he was invincible, But he ignored The principle that the luckiest of all Are just putting off the fall Which will be worse for being so long in store. Dear reader, wait, there's more... Oh, The Life of Polycrates And other stories Written by Brendan Connell For the antiquated children Whose turn to be the spectacle will come tomorrow. Song: Kodagain Music: Saša Zorić Čombe Lyrics: Quentin S. Crisp

Samos, Pythagorio
Pythagorio is the main touristic place on the island. The town is build along a beautiful bay. On the harbour you find a great number of pubs and restaurants from where you have a view on the Kaíkis and luxury yachts. On one of the piers is a statue of Pythagorias from where the town inherited its name. In the town itself are still remaining's from the time when Polycrates was the ruler. At that time Pythagorio was the capital of his empire. From a recent time like the whole town (19th century) are the walls from the castle. The centre of the town is the Platía Iríni.
