How to Grill - Basic Grilling Tips
Grilling brings out the best in food whether it's chicken, steak, ribs, seafood, veggies or fruit, all can be cooked to perfection on your grill. To grill properly you will need a few tools: a meat thermometer, grilling utensils, aluminum foil and grill cleaning utensils. Before you start grilling, be sure to clean the grates with a grill brush. Use a moist towel soaked in cooking oil and rub down the grates as well to prevent sticking. Grilling Chicken Chicken is a favorite on the grill because it can adapt to so many different flavors. Cook chicken on medium heat on both sides for 10 minutes, then for 5 more on each side after. To BBQ chicken baste on the last 5 minutes to prevent charring and burning. Grilling Pork Chops and Tenderloins can be cooked exactly like chicken. Be sure to use a meat thermometer to make sure that they are between 160-165 degrees. Ribs are a little different. Grill on medium high and sear meat to lock in the juices. To get ribs to pull off the bone, place them on the top cooking rack and set your grill to low. When they reach 160 degrees they are done! Burgers and Steaks - Grilling Beef When grilling burgers use about 4-8oz. of meat and form into 1/2 inch patties. Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on one side and 3 on to the other. Don't forget about the buns either. Toast lightly for the best bun. Sometimes it's all about the steaks. First apply a light coat of oil and salt pepper and you are ready to grill. Cook the steaks 3-4 minutes per ...

Man Dies at Heart Attack Grill
"John Alleman died as he lived. For the last year and a half, Alleman served as the unofficial spokesman for the Heart Attack Grill — the infamous hospital-themed Las Vegas eatery that holds the world record for "most calorific burger."* John Alleman, the unofficial mascot of Las Vegas' Heart Attack grill, died after suffering a massive heart attack. The restaurant is known for having the record for the "most caloric burger" and Alleman was known for eating there every day. Does the restaurant make light of dangerous eating habits, or is this a case of personal responsibility? Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down. *Read more from Neetzan Zimmerman/Gawker: gawker.com Support The Young Turks by Subscribing bit.ly Like Us on Facebook: www.fb.com Follow Us on Twitter: bit.ly Buy TYT Merch: theyoungturks.spreadshirt.com
