Switzerland - Landscapes
Switzerland is a federal republic consisting of 26 cantons, with Bern as the seat of the federal authorities. The country is situated in Western Europe, where it is bordered by Germany to the north, France to the west, Italy to the south, and Austria and Liechtenstein to the east. Switzerland is a landlocked country geographically divided between the Alps, the Central Plateau and the Jura, spanning an area of 41285 km2 (15940 sq mi). While the Alps occupy the greater part of the territory, the Swiss population of approximately 7.9 million people concentrates mostly on the Plateau, where the largest cities are to be found. Among them are the two global cities and economic centres of Zurich and Geneva. The Swiss Confederation has a long history of neutrality—it has not been in a state of war internationally since 1815—and did not join the United Nations until 2002. It pursues, however, an active foreign policy and is frequently involved in peace-building processes around the world. Switzerland is also the birthplace of the Red Cross and home to a large number of international organizations, including the second largest UN office. On the European level, it is a founding member of the European Free Trade Association and is part of the Schengen Area -- although it is notably not a member of the European Union, nor the European Economic Area. In nominal terms, Switzerland is one of the richest countries in the world by per capita gross domestic product, with a nominal per capita ...

Nicaragua
Nicaragua is a representative democratic republic. It is the largest country in Central America with an area of 130373 km2. The country is bordered by Honduras to the north and Costa Rica to the south. The Pacific Ocean lies to the west of the country, the Caribbean Sea to the east. Falling within the tropics, Nicaragua sits between 11 degrees and 14 degrees north of the Equator in the Northern Hemisphere. Nicaragua's abundance of biologically significant and unique ecosystems contribute to Mesoamerica's designation as a biodiversity hotspot. The capital city of Nicaragua is Managua. Roughly one quarter of the nation's population lives in the Nicaraguan capital, making it the second largest city and metropolitan area in Central America. The Spanish Empire conquered the region in the 16th century and the territory became associated with the Viceroyalty of New Spain and later the Captaincy General of Guatemala. Alongside the Spanish, the British established a protectorate on the eastern seaboard beginning in the middle of the 17th century, and ending roughly two centuries later. The eastern seaboard retains its colonial heritage; English is commonly spoken and the culture in Atlantic regions identify themselves as being more caribbean. In 1821, Nicaragua achieved its independence from Spain and joined the Federal Republic of Central America in 1823, later leaving the Federal Republic in 1838. Nicaragua increasingly became a subject of substantial interest because of its ...

YUGOSLAV WARS 1991 - 1999
WARNING: Contains extremely strong video footage, viewers discretion is advised. The Yugoslav Wars were a series of violent conflicts fought in former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the 1990s and 2001. The wars were characterized by bitter ethnic conflicts between the peoples of the former Yugoslavia, mostly between Serbs on the one side and Croats, Bosniaks and Albanians on the other. Often described as Europe's deadliest conflicts since World War II, they were characterized by mass war crimes and ethnic cleansing. Albeit tensions in Yugoslavia had been mounting since the early 1980s, it was 1990 that proved the decisive year in which war became more likely. At the last Communist party conference in Belgrade in 1991, the congress voted for an end to the one-party system, as well as economic reform, which prompted the Slovenian and Croatian delegations to walk out and thus the break-up of the party, a symbolic event representing the end of "brotherhood and unity". The Yugoslav wars may be considered to comprise of two sets of successive wars affecting all of the six former Yugoslav republics, including Kosovo: * Wars during the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia: 1. War in Slovenia (1991) 2. Croatian War of Independence (1991-1995) 3. Bosnian War (1992-1995) * NATO bombing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1995) * Wars in Albanian-populated areas: 1. Kosovo War (1998[5]-1999) * NATO bombing of FR Yugoslavia (1999).

Serbian Patriot Music #1 - Arkan's Tigers
This song tributes commander Zeljko Raznjatovic Arkan and his volunteer special force Tigers. When FR Yugoslavia (Serbia) (1992-2000) under Slobodan Milosevic was fighting USA/NATO imperialists, FR Yugoslavia was isolated, so FR Yugoslavia was called "European North Korea", FR Yugoslavia had strong people's spirit, and strong and huge army, which had some nice music, which held people's fighting spirit which was needed to defeat USA/NATO and other Balkan puppets of USA. This music was created in years of poorness and sanctions, but this music also shows the might of FR Yugoslavia and its Serbian people under supreme commander of Yugoslav Army and president of Federal Republic Of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic.

Sutjeska movie excerpt Boris Dvornik RIP
Movie excerpt "Sutjeska" aka "The Fifth Offensive" or "The Battle of Sutjeska", WWII movie, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, 1973. Starring: Richard Burton (as Josip Broz Tito), Velimir Bata Živojinović, Boris Dvornik.. imdb.com Bata Živojinović, an ethnic Serb, and Boris Dvornik, a Croat (in a captured enemy uniform) fighting together against the Nazis as Yugoslav antifascist Partisans. The scene symbolizes the brotherhood between the different ethnic groups. The two actors were close friends and played together in many popular ex-Yugoslav movies. In 1991 the two actors renounced each other in a series of open letters, which was a gesture often seen as symbolic of the breakup of Yugoslavia. In 2006, they publicly reconciled on TV via a video link between Split (Croatia) and Belgrade (Serbia). Boris Dvornik died on March 24, 2008. Rest in Peace great man.

DDR Military Power [Sampolit Film]
DDR alias Die Deutsche Demokratische Republik - a former country with one of the largest military forces in Central Europe till early 1990s - a Central European «держава». More commonly known as East Germany was a self-declared socialist state created in the Soviet Zone of occupied Germany and the Soviet sector of occupied Berlin which existed from 7 October 1949 until 3 October 1990. Like all Soviet bloc countries, East Germany had its own armed forces, known as the Nationale Volksarmee with four branches of service. Since East Germany was at the frontline of the Cold War, the GDR's military was considered to be the most advanced in the whole Warsaw Pact, excluding the Soviet Union. It was battle ready at all times, ready to be mobilized in a future war with NATO. Further information about the country: In 1955, the Soviet Union declared that the Republic was fully sovereign. However, Soviet troops remained in GDR territory, based on the four-power Potsdam Agreement, while British, Canadian, French and American forces remained in the Federal Republic of Germany in the West. Berlin, completely surrounded by GDR territory, was similarly divided with British, French and US garrisons in West Berlin and Soviet forces in East Berlin. Berlin in particular became the focal point of Cold War tensions. East Germany was a member of the Warsaw Pact and a close ally of the Soviet Union. Following the initial opening of sections of the Berlin Wall on 9 November 1989, new elections were ...

Ambassador Attacks Drug Barons from Nigeria
After Nigerian Embassy staff are accused of protecting Drugs and Extortion rackets run by Nigerians in Thailand His High Honorable Excellency Sulaiman Azores - Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria answers the protestors on that faithful day at the Nigerian Embassy in Bangkok Thailand. The Ambassador is like the father of the Nigerian people in Thailand and when heard about the hardship of his children in Thailand tears swelled, perhaps from fear or perhaps from pity - either way he promised to help work with the Nigerian government to rectify such bureaucratic problems as the great difficulty and expense of issuing documents, he explained that in all of South-East Asia it is only possible to renew a passport in Malaysia. This is the first in a series of Nigerian Embassy videos. Listen to His Excellency explain his proposed path to peace and harmony for his people in Thailand. He explains that the problems are related to lack of Embassy empowerment from Abuja. Mr. Jerry Gerome Chike Obinabo and his cohorts who include: Mr. Opio, Mr. Dike Mr. Aguleri, Mr. Nsiko, etc, who the protestors accuse of being big drug dealers in Thailand - the ambassador claimed that he has never seen Baron Jerry Gerome but heard that he is sick in the South of Thailand. The ambassador met with a boy who confessed to be extorting money from Nigerians with threats of planting drugs on them and getting them a death sentence. The ambassador was also handed DVDs and Documents as evidence of ...

Americans Must Withdraw from The Corrupt, Hijacked Federal Gov't
Radio host Alex Jones today called for a second American Revolution led by states who would secede from the federal government and reconstitute the Republic under the terms of the Declaration of Independence, bill of rights and constitution. The call for Americans to rally behind a restoration of the Republic and the bill of rights comes on the back of a burgeoning secessionist movement that has swept the country with residents from all 50 states submitting petitions to the White House calling for states to withdraw from the union and form their own independent governments. The petitions have received a combined number of signatures totaling over a million. During his nationwide broadcast today, Jones laid out the battle plan for secession, emphasizing that states must first secede from the federal government, which has gone rogue, and then use the terms of the Declaration of Independence to restore the Republic, not create a new country. www.infowars.com ORDER THIS SURVIVAL DVD AND START GETTING PREPARED TODAY AT... www.infowarsshop.com Joel Skousen sits down with Alex Jones and discusses strategies on how to prepare for and survive major disasters. www.infowars.com www.prisonplanet.tv twitter.com www.facebook.com [Join The Alex Jones Team and Start Getting Healthy Today!] www.infowarsteam.com Get all your Youngevity Products such as Beyond Tangy Tangerine, the Alex Pack and Pollen Burst. Higgs Boson Mural: Artist Josef Kristofoletti
This video documents the making of an art project commissioned by the ATLAS Experiment at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. The three story tall mural was painted by international artist Josef Kristofoletti on the side of the ATLAS control room directly above the detector, near the Swiss-French border outside of Geneva. This project was inspired by the same questions that the physicists at CERN are trying to answer; where did we come from, what does it mean to be human, and what is our place in the universe. The artist worked closely on location with physicists at CERN over the course of a year to create the mural. It depicts the artist's interpretation of what the Higgs boson might look like.
CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, is the world's leading laboratory for particle physics. It has its headquarters in Geneva. At present, its Member States are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. India, Israel, Japan, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Turkey, the European Commission and UNESCO have Observer status.
