Mycale (/ˈmɪkəli/). also Mykale and Mykali (Ancient Greek: Μυκάλη), called Samsun Daği and Dilek Daği (Dilek Peninsula) in modern Turkey, is a mountain on the west coast of central Anatolia in Turkey, north of the mouth of the Maeander and divided from the Greek island of Samos by the 1.6 km wide Mycale Strait. The mountain forms a ridge, terminating in what was known anciently as the Trogilium promontory (Ancient Greek Τρωγίλιον or Τρωγύλιον). There are several beaches on the north shore ranging from sand to pebbles. The south flank is mainly escarpment.
In classical Greece nearly the entire ridge was a promontory enclosed by the Aegean Sea. Geopolitically it was part of Ionia with Priene placed on the coast on the south flank of the mountain and Miletus on the coast opposite to the south across the deep embayment into which the Maeander River drained. Somewhat further north was Ephesus.
The ruins of the first two Ionian cities mentioned with their harbor facilities remain but today are several miles inland overlooking instead a rich agricultural plain and delta parkland created by deposition of sediments from the river, which continues to form the geological feature named after it, maeanders. The end of the former bay remains as a lake, Çamiçi Gölü (Lake Bafa). Samsun Daği does retain a promontory.
The Battle of Mycale was held on 27 August 479 BC in Mycali, Ionia, between the ancient Greeks and the Persians, during the Second Persian invasion of ancient Greece. It ended with a decisive victory of the ancient Greeks and resulted in the Greek counterattack. The conduct of the battle of Mykale did not have any strategic utility, as it could have destroyed the entire fleet of the losers. The Persians were hesitant and decided to avoid a maritime conflict. The ancient Greeks in the battle of Mycale, ravaged the Persian camp and destroyed the Persian ships. After the battles in Mykale and Plataea, the invasion of the Persians in ancient Greece ended - the Greeks nevertheless believed that Xerxes would be rechecked, but later they realized that the Persians did not want other conflicts ...

The Battle of Mycale was essentially the beginning of a new phase of the Greco-Persian War known as the Greek counter-attack. The Greeks have reached Persian soil and are now taking back greek territory from the Persians and inciting another Ionian Revolt. The Greeks are trying to remove persian influence from their their lands to prevent another Invasion upon Persian soil. The Greeks start by sailing to Samos led by Xanthippus and Leotychides to answer a distress call sent by the samians. Enjoy the Battle of Mycale. We can watch a DVD baby
Sit up in the house and be, just be there
You ain't gotta get cute for me, truthfully
I prefer you with no make up
In one of my T-shirts
Bunny slippers on your feet, girl
Just tryna' be all up under me
On the coach or in front of TV
Baby that's gansta
Let's just be (girl)
Let's just be
Ain't gon' be no runnin' round in these streets
Just my girl and me
Doin' whatever babe
Lets just be
Dinner from the microwave, okay girl
I'm gon' put my cell away, no distractions
Gonna take this day
To lay around and gather every lazy
Play a video game
Or maybe I'll paint your toenails (I'll sing you a song)
I'll sing you a song if you want me to
Girl it's whatever you wanna do
It's so simple
Let's just be
Let's just be
Ain't gon' be no runnin' round in these streets
Just my girl and me
Doin' whatever babe
Lets just be
Wrapped up in my arms
Girl until the morn'
Nothin is better my baby
Soon we'll fall a sleep
Then eventually we'll wake up and I'll be ready
(Lets just be)
Overcome by passion and lust
(let's just be)
Oh overwhelmed by each others touch
(let's just be)
On the brink of explosion when we
(oh when we)
Girl when we
(be)
When we just be!
Oh girl just be
yeah yeah yeah
Woo wooh
Let's just be
Ain't gon' be no runnin' round in these streets
Just my girl and me
Doin' whatever babe
