Centurion University is Odisha's first private state university located at Paralakhemundi, Gajapati district. Gajapati district is the one of the poorest district in Odisha. Centurion University offers B.tech,M.Tech, Ph.D degree to all its students. It has around 10,000 student. It has a constituent college named Centurion Institute of Technology(CIT)which is located at Bhubaneswar. Centurion University also known as Centurion University of Technology and Management. It spreads over 140 acres of Land. Formerly it was known as Jagannath Institute of Technology and Management.[2]
Centurion University helps some organization who takes responsibility to develop the society.Gram Tarang is one of them.
