Battlefield 1942 on three floppy drives
I LOVE the Battlefield series =DI started with 1942, moved onto the modern warefare mod for it, followed that up with 2142 (hands down FAVORITE FPS to this day), and now days you can find me on Battlefield 3. I'm not sure if this works, but here is possibly a link to my BF3 profile: battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/SolidSnake745/ I hope this is satisfactory because I had to edit out a lot of notes in order to make it compatible with the floppies. Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of 1942 JOINT STRIKE for the Xbox 360 Live Arcade released on Wednesday July 23, 2008. Do you remember 1942 from 1984? The original Capcom WW2 era vertical scrolling shooter is back with 1942 Joint Strike on the XBLA. This review covers the gameplay, the graphics and sound and shows of the game's use of 3D 3-dimentional backgrounds in a 2D shooting game. This is a SHMUP (shoot 'em up) much like Ikaruga or Radiant Silvergun, some of the best SHMUPS ever made. Pilot your WWII era fighter plane against wave after wave of enemy bombers, mine layers and other fighter planes. Shoot them down with an arsenal of cool weapons like the spread shot and laser beam. Collect power ups, play with a friend and have a great time. It's great to see companies like Capcom releasing games on the 360 and on the Sony Playstation Network for the PS3. I played 1943 on the NES Nintendo right before recording this review so I was down with the 194x if you know what I mean. A maniac shooter from a past that doesn't exist. You can get Gamer Points too. Hooray. I think this is also on the Playstation Network and not sure if they'll use it for Home or not. Not sure if it is on VC Virtual Console on Wii either. An advertising man, who sponsors a radio program based on the exploits of an old time safe cracker decides to promote a competition to find the real safe cracker, Jimmy Valentine. Valentine is tracked to a small town, but which of the respectable elderly residents is the former criminal? Re-release version of the 1942 Republic programmer "The Affairs of Jimmy Valentine". Originally a 72 min feature it was condensed to 53 Minutes for re-release in the early 50s. Neither the original version or the edit (both containing 1942 copyright notices) were renewed and entered the public domain in 1970.

Mani Nasry an exceptionally talented filmmaker, actor and artist with a sophisticated breadth of education, skills, experience, and professional accomplishments. He trained as an actor and director in New York with Salem Ludwig and with Donna DeMatteo for playwriting. For Mani, the decision to work in the film industry guided his academic decisions from an early age. He attended a Toronto high school renowned for excellence in the arts, and was accepted into one of the highly competitive film program at Ryerson university. It is notable that he went to Ryerson with an already well-established career in theatre, film, television and commercial work, and a range of multi-faceted achievements including producing, cinematography, casting, writing, directing, acting, and editing. On his own he added stints in New York and Los Angeles with leading acting teachers, as well as learning the grace and style of many forms of dance and athletics. With courses perceptively, he has also recognized the importance of acquiring an understanding of the business side of the industry, and the varied aspects of technology and production. There are some people clearly born to follow the path they have chosen from the start. Mani Nasry has the passion to succeed, the curiosity and ingenuity required to lead and collaborate in an industry known for its impact and appeal, and the strength of character and work ethic to immerse himself in finding and telling an unforgettable story.

This Scene expresses- FEAR- noun: an emotion experienced in anticipation of some specific pain or danger (usually accompanied by a desire to flee or fight). noun: a feeling of anxiety and agitation caused by the presence or nearness of danger, evil, pain, etc.; timidity; dread; terror; fright; apprehension. Terrify not your soul with vain imaginary fears. By realizing that you are the one feeding the fire, you can start to take control of your fears. Panic is a vicious cycle that can be broken. When you start to have irrational fears you need to take action quick. Eleanor Roosevelt once said: "You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing, which you think you cannot do." We must stop running away from things that frighten us, face our fears head on, and do the thing we fear the most. Most of the time we'll find out that the "thing" was not that scary after all. Our imaginations had behaved like a super fertilizer and grown a grotesque monstrosity in our minds. Remember, our imaginations are incredibly powerful. They can work against us, creating horrible images that leave us paralyzed with fear and they can also work for us, building a world where everything we do is an adventure, a miracle. And the most amazing thing is that we hold the power to control our minds - we allow fear to dominate our lives or we choose to dominate fear. Those are our only two choices.

In the Boros residence – a former Second World War air raid shelter built in 1942 in central Berlin – visitors can easily lose their way in the maze-like corridors of bare concrete.
There, Christian and his wife, Karen, live with their son amidst paintings by Elizabeth Peyton and a series of installations by groundbreaking artists such as Olafur Eliasson. It is a dream home that once seemed impossible to realize, but has now become an art manifesto for Berlin’s historical Mitte district, where change is the norm.

One of Our Aircraft Is Missing (1942)
A 1942 British war film, the fourth collaboration between the British writer-director-producer team of Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger and the first film they made under the banner of The Archers. Although considered a wartime propaganda film, and made under the authority of the Ministry of Information as part of a series of film productions specifically aimed at morale in the United Kingdom, the story and production values elevated it from the usual jingoistic fare. Today, One of Our Aircraft is Missing is considered one of the "best of British films of the era." When the Nazis shoot down a British bomber, its crew seeks help from the Dutch underground.
