Rapporteur on Palestinian Territories Presents Report to UN Rights Council Richard Falk, UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, presents his annual report to the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland. During his presentation Mr. Falk noted that Israel continued to deny his requests to visit the Palestinian territories, a defiance of international norms and standards, according to Council speakers.
